Every thing was perfect, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Damla. Will for sure be coming back again.

My wife and I stayed at Mandarin Hotel in Bodrum and were very pleased with our experience. We especially loved the beautiful green grounds — well maintained, peaceful, and with a very cozy atmosphere. Our room was truly excellent: spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. I would also like to highlight how attentive the hotel was to its guests. My wife has allergies to gluten, dairy products, and eggs, which is always an important consideration for us. The hotel staff were very caring and prepared special breakfast dishes for us that fully accommodated all of her dietary restrictions. A special thank you to our ambassador, Azer. Thanks to him, our holiday was truly first class. He was always available, helped us quickly with any questions, and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We would also like to mention the entire hotel staff — everyone was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. We will be happy to return again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the attention to detail from the staff. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. The service is outstanding and very efficient, whether at reception, room service, or the restaurant. The breakfast is rich and varied, with high-quality options for all tastes. Facilities such as the spa and swimming pool are luxurious and well maintained, adding to the overall experience of comfort and relaxation. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a premium and unforgettable stay.

I was torn on how to rate this hotel. To be clear, the property is beautiful; landscaped out of this world (likely the best I have seen save for perhaps Four Seasons in Bali) and all staff members try very hard and some are extremely nice and kind like Dogan, Zaynep, Busan, Sevval to name a few. The spa is excellent. However there are definite issues which cannot be overlooked: the disparity between prices in the resort and value offered is the most obvious one; the quality of service is often lacking seemingly due to a lot of new staff that is just being trained; many of the amenities advertised (shops and restaurants) were not even open (an unnecessary annoyance for a resort that pretends to be world class) A few concrete examples: - check in experience not up to par; baby items ordered and promised weeks ago simply not there; last minute scramble to get the room ready (at midnight) - to be laughed at is that instead of a baby cot (requested and confirmed); they provided a chair lounger with no sides..funny - everything is extremely overpriced. 40 euros for a pizza, 50 euro for a burger ?? - it so happened the mornings and nights were cold; the resort does have gas heaters but they either don’t work or are not where they were supposed to be; for example a 250 euro per person Hakkassan experience (average quality of food, I might add) on the dock by the water was significantly diminished by cold and windy weather. Did any of the managers think about bringing heaters down to keep guests warm and comfortable? The weather forecasts were pretty accurate so the cold and windy was not a surprise - their Meet@Greet is a weird service. They offer it free with (excessively priced) transfers for two people on arrival but for some mysterious reason want to charge extra 50 euros pp for groups over two. It seems like a totally useless service in any case if you have cleared immigration in Istanbul (but they don’t tell you that probably because they don’t understand it themselves ). You don’t need someone to walk you 50 yards from the baggage claim to your car for 50 euros - i repeatedly tried to understand what they actually offer but got vague answers. In the end I suggested that we take the two free Meet&Greets and the other two people walk 20 feet behind to avoid being charged which I guess caused them to see the silliness of their price structure so they generously included it for all four. In the end I can confirm it’s totally useless . The meet and greet on departure (when you actually might need it if you are clearing customs and immigration ); is NOT free regardless of the size of the group. Well at the time of writing this I have gone through the departure process and can confirm that Meet&Greet is totally useless and unnecessary. Funny that I offered to have them included for two of our group that were actually traveling internationally with a small baby but their management (no small matter ) refused. Consequently we took two 50 euro taxis as opposed to their 400 euro transfer. Nothing but a money grab I have been to Turkey countless times and I know the country has some fantastic hotels and can provide an amazing experience. The MO is just not there but due to all the positives, I gave it a four star ratings.
