Mandela Court ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay at Mandela Court Grenada Feb/March was 5 stars! The staff was amazing,went above & beyond to make our stay perfect! Jarroyd at the front desk,went out of his way. Checked in every day with us to make sure if we needed anything.if we did he got it. The hotel was impeccable and the grounds were beautiful. Casey the chef,with his big smile made our breakfast,delicious!

Great Place To Stay!

After reading the scathing review from a previous visitor recently, I was a bit apprehensive about Mandela Court Suites but when Jarryd met us at check in I knew that we would have a wonderful vacation. We are here right now and the staff has been absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and eager to please and help in any way. Our room is very clean and staff are constantly cleaning. The breakfasts have been amazing and delicious and delivered to our room in a timely manner. If you have any doubts or concerns about staying at Mandela Court, please know that everything has been perfect.

Disaster - Dishonest - DON’T BOOK

The strangest experience ever. Should be avoided at all costs. We are staying here now for two weeks to celebrate my birthday. And we are getting out and about as much as possible to get away from the eerieness of the place. It is empty - we are the only guests - it is ill equipped and staff are not being honest about what is going on. The restaurant and bar are closed, the pool undergoing maintenance. The gym filthy - on arrival our room was dirty and didn’t even have a kettle in the kitchen. No plug for either the bath or the basin and a shower head that could only be used by hand. I have never slept in sheets that flash in the dark from static electricity before - goodness knows what they are made from. We wasted the whole of our first day waiting for staff to clean another room for us and add a few essential items to the kitchen. At least we now have two teaspoons a cork screw and a sharp knife in the kitchen area. Apparently if we want housekeeping we have to ask! What a disaster - only 11 more days to go now!

BEST DEAL FOR LUXURY

2nd visit to Mandela Court. We actually stayed here a month ago when moving our student in to SGU. It's a 7 minute car ride and the campus bus runs nearby. The location is amazing, quiet, and private. Prices are comparable to nearby resorts with better white glove, personal service and made to order food. The staff communicates with you directly with an app and all you have to do is ask and they will provide! Lovely pool, attentive staff, and a beautiful private easy to traverse road. All the rooms are apartments! Spacious and plenty of room to relax on the couch and look out off the balcony. It makes it easy for us to visit with our SGU student and when the whole family comes for a visit, there is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option as well. LOVE THIS PLACE. We will stay here every time we visit!

The staff was very hospitable. We came when the hotel would have been under renovation , so we were the only family there. Overall, it was wonderful. Whenever we needed something, we called the general manager. We have no complaints! Thank you Mandela Court for a very good experience 🙏🏾💛
