OK at best.

Mangrove was OK at best. The hotel wasn't well maintained. It looks much older than it is. We stayed in the penthouse beachfront. It was underwhelming. Very little storage room. Sparse balcony even though there was a pool on the balcony. The pipes in the bathroom smelled bad. There was a leak in the roof at the gift shop and it smelled of mildew. The restaurants are small which makes making a reservation difficult. The Mexican restaurant was horrible! Stale chips, overcooked corn, and awful service. We walked out. All of the restaurants serve very small portions and require 2 people to share appetizers/salads. Some of the staff members were helpful and welcoming, but many were not. The alcohol wasn't even close to premium.

Great place to stay. Stayed Mon - Saturday. Had a great time playing competitive games against people from other countries. Ray the guest ambassador was a lot of help translating and keeping us busy having a good time. Clean place, great food, and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this place to any family or couple wanting to travel.

Mr. Ray the guest ambassador was a very cool out going guy. He made the stay very comfortable and fun. He played out door activities and guided us in the right direction for the fun times and good memories. He was very helpful. We considered him as family.

At first I was skeptical about this place as we traveled from the airport to the resort. Curaçao is very welcoming and I never once felt unsure after we arrived at the resort. Ray, in particular, made our stay and Mangrove Beach truly memorable. From the food to volley ball, we had an amazing time and I would highly recommend this resort to everyone!

The resort was wonderful! My favorite parts were the food, clean rooms, pool and Ray the guest ambassador. Ray treated my friends and I like family and made our week at the corendon so enjoyable!! If you come to stay please find Ray on your first day!!
