Rooms do need a fresh coat of paint. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the various food options in the buffet, and the smaller venues. The buffet has changing options every night and offers some great vegetable salads and lovely Danish cheeses. It is trying to reserve space at the themed restaurants as the venues are tiny. We enjoyed the Turkish, Mexican and Italian. Nightly entertainment was alright, but very loud if you're trying to eat at a 9pm seating at the Italian. It would be nice to see more branded alcohol at the various bars.

Overall aver enjoyable experience. Great food options. Nice scenery. Three pools and a beach. We will come again. The beach is relaxing and the bartenders make some really Good drinks. The room is comfy but can use a little fix up. Th coffee that's made is also very good. Ray was very friendly. Max of the coffee shop. Jean the bell boy.

The drinks are delicious and the hotel staff is so lovely. Ray helped us out very much. As for the rooms, amazing. The mini bar got replenished even when we didn’t ask for anything. The food here is to die for. The resort is also very well kept together. The room is fabulous and we got a swim up which is also divine.

Just returned and the comments on the attitude of staff, rodents, inability to get reservation at restaurants are all true. Based on experience at this hotel sums up the feeling on the entire country. I've never been to a Caribbean country where the staff was so unfriendly as a whole. This place needs a lot of training from reservations to house cleaning.
