Beach Coffee not View

Streetfront Mareta Beach Boutique Bed & Breakfast (9 am open 3 pm-12 check-in/out) has an espresso cafe (8:30-7) and D’Italia Pizzeria attached. It also owns Mareta View which is far less modern and desirable—located behind the hotel on the main square—overlooking the Rocky beach. In a small town of less than 2,000, it’s the closest hotel between the shoreline down below and the Natura Surf shop (8:50 lesson pick-up), or to the Fort/church of Infante Dom Henrique further on. The cafe has free wifi and is a relaxed setting with healthy and sweet food options all day. The restaurant dining duo and hotel establishment basically occupies Praca da Republica; the vendors along the square make it quaint. The hotel is pleasant but not high on security. It is convenient for tourists; but if you’re a serious surfer, you might contact International Surf School and Stay in a more remote road or part entering into the tiny town. You’ll meet friendly folks; and with only 5 trees on the horizon, it’s pretty hard not to be seen and surf!

Basic but beautiful hotel with great facilities

Had a lovely stay here. This is part of a complex with the pool 30 seconds walk down the street, and the gardens / jacuzzi 30 seconds in the other direction. Pool and gardens were both beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast basic continental in the basement but with the option to eat on the terrace in the coffee shop upstairs. Great location next to Mareta Beach and in the centre of Sagres. Agree that the noise in the hallways could often be heard and staff were not rude but not hugely friendly either. Also limited storage.

Cute comfortable hotel at Pria Mareta

Cute hotel at the top of the beautiful Pria Mareta. Spacious clean rooms with continental breakfast. Great cafe & Italian restaurant downstairs. Staff is friendly & helpful. No onsite parking but plentiful spaces on the street. Gorgeous infinite pool!

This brand new b&b is just 200 meters from the beach, close to all shops, restaurants and bars. We have an Italian-style coffee shop, Caffè Espresso, open from 8h00 to 22h00, where you can enjoy your favorite coffee or tea, milkshakes, smoothies pastries, paninis, sandwiches and homemade cakes.
