Reception staff are fabulous. Especially Ms Ai. Always allow us early check in if rooms available.

Staff are first rate! Ms Ai and her fellow ladies on Reception are just so helpful to us, as senior guests. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are clean. Showers hot. Air con cold. Housekeeping staff first class. Curtains need a wash though. This hotel is our favourite stop over hotel.

Dated. Several items in rooms need repair. Mosquitos in rooms. Was told hotel was walking dustance from airport - was not. Did not feel safe in evenings walking around. However, market across street. Restaurant good. Nice sitting areas around lobby, making waiting a pleasure. Good customer service with smooth check-in/out.
