The Best Deal and prices i could find in regards to fashion in Marmaris Turkey. YILDIZ LUXURY I have lived abroad most of my life but never had the pleasure and privilege of visiting Marmaris in Turkey. Nestled between a Mountainous terrain with beeches that stretch far and wide with the sea being shallow and the temperature at this time of year ( July ) bring as warm as the climate temperature. As well as world heritage sites to visit it also has a thriving fashion and luxury goods business. Hence this review. I had the privilege of meeting the proprietor Ali Yildiz by pure fluke. I was drawn into his shop by the prices displayed lin the window . Which i must say “ were not changed after i walked in” Ali was a perfect gentleman to me and throughout my stay. He was direct , he didn’t attempt to pull any tricks ! What you see , is what you got . I walked away a extremely happy customer. Ali sells bags , watches , jewellery , purses and also sunglasses. He literally has everything in one place that you may desire to purchase . Especially when i had decided not to over spend in marmaris. To say i was delighted with my purchases is an understatement . What a relaxing experience. Across the bay and 8km from Marmaris by road. The gated and guarded complex is situated on a hillside in the forest on the shoreline of Marmaris Bay. A tranquil setting. Check in is friendly, quick and efficient. The rooms are small 2 storey blocks in the treeline, all with verandas facing the bay. There are many steps to climb for the fit and agile. There is also a buggy service to and from rooms, readily available on request for those less energetic. There are rooms also for wheelchair users situated on the restaurant level. The air-conditioned room we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated, cleaned daily by a lovely lady whose name we never knew and who supplied fresh towels daily and kept the room spotless. Plenty of storage for two people. Basic shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer was provided in the bathroom. There are two good sized swimming pools, one of which is by the main bar and used by the animation team for group entertainment. The other is a short walk up the hill and quiet with a drinks bar and toilet facilities. Both have plenty of sunbeds available and lifeguard attendance. Towels are provided and can be swapped daily from the central towel station. 3 beaches with adequate sunbeds. 1 with food and drinks available, 1 with drinks and snacks and 1 very quiet with just 10 beds tucked away nearer to the marina. The main beach has an attended lifeguard station. The water calm and clear and segregated from any boat traffic (which was few and irregular) There are a few small shops on the campus and a hairdresser, also a tattooist and a professional photography service (all of which are payable separately obviously). The health and relaxation suite is bookable separately but we didn't make use of that facility. The restaurant is buffet style self service with a good variety of dishes. (My personal favourite was the lamb served on various evenings. Turkish chefs certainly know how to cook lamb to perfection) The salad bar also was exceptionally good. Drinks are served by the excellent staff. The entertainment was lively with a DJ, singers, dancers, karaoke etc. The staff. Every single one of them polite, friendly, helpful, accommodating and attentive. A special mention for : MELDA and NAZ in reception, who also helped us with our bus when we got lost in Marmaris one evening. ALI, our excellent attentive restaurant server who kept us entertained at mealtimes. SEDA, our other restaurant favourite also always busy. ATILLA THE LIFEGUARD, fearless jellyfish hunter! (there are no jellyfish btw, turns out it was a broken mooring rope😏) ARAS, our buggy driver. Thankyou to all. You made our stay memorable . We'd happily return. Room 414 June 13 to 21
