Marmaris Bay Resort

Murat and Furkan in the pool bar are amazing! So polite and so friendly, they always welcomed us with a warm hello and smile! The Animation team, specifically Can and Rio are awesome as well, they made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and no question was too much, they always answered honestly and gave great advice about Mamaris: how to get there and what currency to use. If these people are here next year then it will be an easy decision to come back and see them again!

Came with my new husband for a mini honeymoon and it’s been absolutely brilliant. Lovely staff, particularly at the pool bar - Murat and Furkan make the best drinks and have been so kind and fun. Food has been excellent and abundant, everywhere is clean, amenities are superb. Buggy staff are also wonderful, driving us around. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday (or start to our married life). Thank you Marmaris Bay Resort!

Location was beautiful with its own beaches, however, the jetty with the sun loungers are not accessible for guests only the yachts mooring- so to include this in their main photos is a bit of an overstatement! All inclusive is an understatement due to the food, ice cream only being offered at set times no snacks as such VERY. VERY poor! The food in the main restaurant was repetitive and boring with the same grilled and steamed fish amongst many other dishes out EVERY day and evening! The flies whether you sit inside or outside are horrendous not interested in the food (which says a lot about the food) as much as biting you, with nothing being done to try to prevent them, eg candles, incense sticks or the electric fly zappers! The food at its best was poor! As were the staff serving! The location is very hilly with steps to everywhere, there are buggies to take you to your rooms, if you don’t mind the staff trying to get you to swap your English money with them!! It was a real disappointment as with a bit of thought and a new chef this could be an amazing place it’s just not there now! Until changes are afoot I would definitely not be returning here plenty of better places to stay in Turkey!!

What a fantastic two week holiday we had at the Marmaris Bay Hotel ! The accommodation, food, drinks, beach, swimming pools were all amazing. The staff were all exceptional, so friendly, always a smile, polite and attentive, they all work so hard. A special shout out to our little girl ( as we called her) Munire, she went over and beyond looking after us at meal times, she is a true Star ⭐. Also big shout out to the buggy drivers, they work so hard and do a fab job. Thank you for a fabulous holiday! The holiday blues are setting in 😩 Paula and Gary x
