Marriott's Bali Nusa Dua Gardens

My immediate and extended family had a vacation at Marriott VacationClub Bali Nusa Dua Gardens. It was our first time there. We were a big group of 12 people which fit in 2 units x 2 bedroom villa. The place was very nice. And very well sculpted.The greens were well manicured. We were greeted by very courteous staff. Mr. Ricky of the front desk took care of our check in. We arrived around noon and they were able to give us or rooms by 130pm. Mr. Ricky and M. Ardey updated us of our rom check in status via whatsapp since we went around after leaving our stuff in the hotel. The rooms are home away from home. Equipped with all amenities that you would need. From the kitchen, to the dining area, to laundry and personal items. The room was kept tidy daily by our room attendants whose names I failed to get. They would make towels that were formed to mimic animals which was always a delight to see. The pool is very beautiful in the day and at night. We had access to the Courtyard pool which was just nearby. Buffet breakfast was also served there for a fee. Marriott Vacation Club again lived up to its name and expectation of elegance and superb personal service. The next part of our vacation was to transfer to Marriott Vacation Club Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. Mr. Ricky arranged for our transfers upon learning that we would going there after. I inquired about this via email prior to our trip but I was informed that this service was not available. This was another thing that was not expected but a very appreciated gesture c/o Mr. Ricky. When we got to MVC Bali Nusa Nua Terrace, some members of our group who left some stuff. Mr. Ricky sent me photos asking us if they were intentionally left before discarding them. He sent them over right away to the Terrace. The next day, one of group told me that she thinks she left her TSA padlock near the TV of their room. I asked Mr. Ricky to check, expecting that it might have been thrown away already but to my surprise, the housekeeping were able to locate it. Mr. Ricky, had it sent over to the Terrace again. We had an enjoyable stay in Bali and the staff of Marriott Vacation Club Bali Nusa Dua Gardens had a big role in that. Marriott properties are all very beautiful, this is not debatable in my opinion, but having very courteous, welcoming and dedicated staff adds up to making the Marriott experience something to always look forward too. This is how me, my wife and 2 kids always see it. Congratulations MVC. As expected, you have delivered again way beyond what is expected.

Stay at 714, the guest room. If you are not a fan of dark and old room, the guest room definitely is not for you. Doesn't have twin bed and don't provide extra bed. Share facility with courtyard. Don't have the hospitality that usually i meet at marriot hotels. Quite regret it... Even all the amenities are not provided in the room, need to request it, toothbrush, shower cap, etc. Not expected from marriot hotel.

Service from Moon was exceptional! She remembered our names and greeted us each time she saw us. she helped us book our restaurant and followed up with us on the quality of the food. She whatsapped me daily to find out if everything was good. The room was good, although it would be better if the hotel was closer to the beach.
