Nice Place but they need to pay attention to their staff attitude

This is the second time i stay at this hotel. First time was two years ago and i gave them 5 stars at that time because i simply love this place and everything was perfect. Thus, my kids insisted to come again to this resort. But in this stay i gave them three stars because of attitude and moral of the people working on the front desk. In my reservation, I clearly mentioned to avoid putting me in the first floor. However, they put me in the first floor and refused to give any other apartment and they claimed that they are full. So i took the first apartment and on the second day my wife saw a garden snake in front of my apartment. It was scary and she asked me to leave, so i went to the front desk and told them about the snake and i want to check out and to refund my money. But they decided to change my apartment at this time and because i love this place i did three extensions to my booking. After 13 nights and during checkout, i kindly asked them to let me stay in my apartment until 11:00 am. However they refused my request and the persons of the front desk especially the lady was rude and her language was not professional!! They only allowed me to stay until 10:30am as maximum. They claimed that they are fully booked, but when i searched hotel.com i found that there are five apartments are available to booking !!!

Meow, Meow, Meow, Meow.

First impression, room is amazing…2 bedrooms, spacious…bit of dirty bleach smell but we can get past that for a great room. BUT outside our room (building 62)MANY feral cats. Watched an employee crawl into the bushes and feed them. I called front desk to complain bcs frankly, I think it’s gross and a liability and not a good look for Marriott to have feral cats roaming the property. I was assured Safety and Security team would come by and check it out. This was a little after 5 and we sat on the balcony having drinks until midnight. No one ever showed. After posting on the Marriott Owners FB page, seems this may be a known and ignored problem. We won’t be back to this particular resort due to the cats. I walked down to their “home” and the smell of cat piss permeates the air. Yuck. That being said, did the beer tasting. It was great. Highly recommend that.

Family Trip

We took a party of 7 - 4 Adults 3 small children. We have been trying a different property every vacation. This trip we tried Marriott Cypress Villas. We were not disappointed. The rooms were very spacious. I was able to prepare every meal in the room with the utensils supplied. I was also able to wash and dry our clothing before boarding our airplane. This property is minutes from Orlando’s world famous attractions including Walt Disney World,Seaworld & Disney Springs Shopping. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of pillows and extra bedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cypress Harbor- another stay!

We have stayed at Cypress Harbor 8 times now and it’s always been a fabulous stay! Now it’s even better with new remodeling of the unit (2 bd / 2 ba) . We are Marriott titanium members and owners; we travel a great deal all over!! Cypress just gets it! The place is spotless, extremely well appointed, has lots of activities and they bend over backwards to make your vacation great! We think Cypress is the most well run of all the vacation clubs. ( including international locations) When we go to Orlando, we prefer to stay here. There are many Marriott vacations clubs in Orlando but this is the best one!!!!

Villas were spacious and nicely maintained. Building 65 is centrally located. Beautiful landscaping and many pool areas to visit. Plenty of shaded areas to relax. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and amusement parks. Grand kids loved the splash pad and kiddie pools.
