Perfect - heated pool is game changer in shoulder season

Travelling in early April, we were looking for a hotel which had a heated swimming pool in case of mediocre weather and we stumbled across this. The outdoor pools were indeed freezing but the kids loved the outdoor jacuzzis and the indoor heated pool. Room was perfect - massive with everything we could have needed. Decor wasn’t the most modern but didn’t bother us. Housekeeping was phenomenal, even putting on the dishwasher for us. We loved having the washing machine and tumble dryer. Would recommend having a car - both for Aldi supermarket runs for breakfast and lunch - and also for going for dinner as there isn’t much on site. Parking was free and in abundance. Only slight downside - but appreciate it’s part of their business model - was the pushy time share sales rep. Multiple calls a day to ask us to come to his 90 min sales pitch, which wasn’t how we wanted to spend our holiday.

Excellent as always. We have been going here for 25 years and still love it. The recently refurbished apartments are lovely. Great atmosphere and service as always. New places in the area to eat / drink. Wouldn’t recommend Carlos & Paula outside undercooked food served to 2 of our party.

A fantastic resort for all ages

A fantastic and well-maintained resort with offers for everyone. The resort consists of a beautiful park with apartment buildings that suit the facility. Many swimming pools for everyone, from babies to adults who want a comfortable and noise-free stay by the swimming pool. Great and practical apartments - not least for families with children with washing facilities. Several restaurants and with entertainment. Activities in and outside the pool areas for young and old. Located by the beach, so you can use sun loungers on the beach and boardwalk restaurants. Short distance to the local center of Elviria with shops and restaurants. Nice hiking opportunities and short distance to golf courses

I’ve been privileged enough to be holidaying here for the last 25 years, and I’m ashamed that this is the first review I’ve left. As a repeat guest for so many years I’m obviously a firm fan of this report but this year a few factors have lead me to leaving this review. Firstly the staff are all so wonderful, friendly and excellent at their roles (especially Pedro, Eva and all the house keeping staff). Secondly we loved the upgrade of the rooms, it really elevates the apartments to another level. Finally we felt there was more ‘life’ to the complex, we loved the summer party, live music in El Med and fun pool games. You guys rock! Thank you everyone - hope to see you all next year!
