Ignore all the negative comments on here. Just got back from a 10 night holiday and will definitely return. The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels. The breakfast was lovely, bed and breakfast, what do people expect. Fresh fruit, cheeses, meats and eggs cooked fresh to choice. Hotel staff friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. Pool area immaculate, large pool, great bar snacks. Yes, you can’t take your own food and drink in but what hotel allows this? Perfect location for the resort, bars, restaurants at the end of the road. Been to this resort several times and definitely the best we have stayed at.

Just back from another fabulous stay at this hotel ( stayed for the 1st time last year & couldn't wait to return).Fab location just off main strip & close to the beach.The Hotel is spotless & had clearly been updated since our last visit.New sunbeds ( so comfy )Nesi ( manageress ) & her staff couldn't do enough for us.We ate in the hotel one night & it was beautiful & very reasonable priced.Whilst the Turkish themed breakfast might not suit everyone we loved it .There is a Chef who also cooks omlettes.Please dont let some of the negative reviews put you off .We have already booked to return next year 🙂

This is a hotel with both positive and negative features. The location is good, just far enough from the strip and beach as to be quiet enough but accessible - although due to noise from a couple of nearby hotels, the front facing rooms may be noisy. On arrival, the manageress notice my husband had found getting off the transfer bus difficult, so offered us a ground floor room rather than 3rd floor - there isn't a lift. The room was clean, but in need of a refresh of soft furnishings. We had clean towels daily but no change of sheets. There is a bottom sheet and only a rough overthrow on top, and only 1 small pillow each. There is a TV in the room but does not have any English channel. You are not allowed to take food or drink from outside the hotel to the room. All communal areas are very clean, including the very nice pool. The poolside bar serves food until early evening, but after 3 very disappointing lunches we opted to go out of the hotel . I found it rude how the staff reset the table as soon as you have finished eating, even though you are still drinking at the table. The buffet Turkish breakfast is basic but plentiful. My main issue with this hotel is that if you wish to pay by card, then they charge a 5% commission on the bill. There is a charge of £3 per night each for use of both the fridge and the safe, although aircon is included in the room price. It is hard to really pinpoint why I wouldn't stay at this hotel, as it is a combination of things, but it was our first and last visit.

Where shall I begin, first of all I was not allowed to bring my own food or water into the room. Which is a human right. This is a violation. We tried to tell them that we needed it to brush our teeth but were brutally forced to use the tap water intead. And was stuck on the toilet. We werent allowed to drink the water after staying in the hotel for a week. Furthermore the bar was closed after 12 so we could not access water throughout the night. This would not be accessible to disabled people. Additionally we could not fill up or reuse water bottles from the buffet breakfast which we paid for. This was incredibly disappointing due to the environment state at the minute. Also we had to pay for the fridge and safe. Although into consideration that the front desk younger girl not the manager was lovely to be around and seemed to be bullied by the manager who was like an evil overlord. Nessie ran the building like we were in the army. Not very accommodating is you ask me or my husband. Workers were seen sleeping on the sun beds by the pool each night. Highlighting how they did not provide rooms for their staff that could not make the long journey every day. They seemed to be working excessive hours. All of the food and water was overpriced. The buffet food was simple and inadequate with plain foods. Although the chef was amazing, the manager could not provide decent meals to satisfy us.

On our arrival the man on the reception noticed I was a little stiff after the long day travel and asked me if I could manage the stairs he got us a young man to carry our case's. Our room was very clean but basic and perhaps in need of an update but the bed was so comfy and we slept well but every night their was extremely loud music playing from 10pm until after midnight certainly not the hotels fault. The food for breakfast was pretty basic but serfice although the lunch meals are very good the 3 young lads were very helpful not very talkative but good at their job. They should get rid of the bosses daughter and let them run the restaurant as she only shouts at them in front of people and she's quite rude and she's the reason I've not put a 5 star let them alone and do their job. One lad told me they aren't allowed to speak that's absolutely ridiculous. She's the only reason we wouldn't want to come back other than that we'd be back in a flash plus a little update ie hand rail in the shower and some sort of lift for the stairs.
