Travelled from Seminyak to Maya Ubud. Only 19 miles away but took 2 hours 45. We used Grab their version of Uber only £14 for a big car. First impressions was WOW this is a stunning hotel set in the lush Forest. From being greeted the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was stunning and they’d placed rose petals on our bed as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food was really tasty ( we ate both nights at the hotel ) Also the happy hour was for 2 hours with 50% off. Live entertainment was awesome. The shuttle bus into Ubud on the hour is a nice touch. We had a stroll around, visited the water temple which is a must. Had a bite to eat and a beer then the shuttle back. The mopeds are insane, never seen anything like it. Overall highly recommended, staff cannot do enough for you, always smiling.

Amazing scenery for a total relaxation, with also exemplary service all day. The spa treatments were excellent. The main lobby sets the scene of supreme beauty with water, open air throughout and cultural setting. Would love to visit again.

Such a beautiful place, will definitely return! Sutrisna was wonderful , so helpful and caring . Great location for relaxing , exploring and easy to get into the hustle and bustle of Ubud town .
