Its the first time we visit the hotel and i would like to say i am quite impressed by the great hospitality and customer service level i faced i would like to recognize all the staff efforts however Mina at the check in counter is the one that exceeded our expectations took care of us shared all the detailed information about all the hotel service’s locations and made sure to be smiling and welcoming . Mina kept checking on us and politely and professionally looking after us my wife is pregnant and she made sure of her safety and wellbeing all the time . Mina is such a friendly person to talk to and have a conversation she even recommended where to go and visit around the hotel . I would like to thank as well the staff near the lifts they were always engaging and friendly to us .
