I checked into Mega Boutique Hotel Kuta on 30th November and had a booking until 3rd December, but the experience was so horrible that I checked out the very first night. The service was terrible, and the staff had absolutely no human courtesy. They were rude, unhelpful, and behaved as if guests were a burden. The rooms were untidy, the washrooms didn’t even have proper locks, and basic necessities like drinking water bottles were not provided. It’s shocking that a hotel operating in a tourist hub like Kuta can be this unprofessional. After this disaster, I shifted to Kuta Central Park Hotel, and the difference was unbelievable — amazing staff, clean rooms, and much better hospitality. Mega Boutique Hotel seriously needs to improve its standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
