We unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to circumstances completely outside our control, but the way the hotel handled the situation deserves real recognition. We live in the UAE, and the Ministry of Education changed the school term dates at the very last minute. This meant our planned travel dates were no longer possible for our family, even though our booking was technically outside the hotel’s refund policy. Despite this, the hotel team were incredibly understanding and supportive. The guest relations and customer service teams were extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about our situation. They took the time to review our case and kindly agreed to refund our booking, which we were very grateful for. It’s rare to see this level of flexibility and empathy, especially when the circumstances fall outside normal policies. Their willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We really appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service shown by the team. Because of this, we would absolutely consider booking with them again in the future and would happily recommend the hotel to others.
