This luxurious beach hotel enjoys a spectacular frontline setting on the powder-white sands of Konyaalt. This sprawling stretch of beach runs to the west of the city of Antalya which is a mere 3 km away. Guests will find themselves in the perfect setting from which to enjoy a relaxing, indulgent beach break, while also being close to the heart of the action. This upscale hotel is set amidst 35,000 square metres of land, which lends an air of peace and serenity to the environment. Guests are greeted with the promise of unsurpassed service and attention to detail. The guest rooms have been elegantly furnished, featuring a classical style and up-to-date amenities, exceeding the expectations of even the most discerning traveller. This wonderful hotel provides guests with exemplary facilities and services, catering to their leisure and dining needs. In order to provide better service to our esteemed guests, renovation works will be carried out in our rooms between 02.01.2023 – 31.03.23. The work to be done will take place between 9am-5pm. Maximum care will be taken to ensure that our guests are not disturbed, and room blockages will be organized accordingly.

one: We unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to circumstances outside our control when the UAE Ministry of Education changed school term dates at the last minute. Although our booking was technically outside the hotel’s refund policy, the team were incredibly understanding and supportive. The guest relations and customer service teams were responsive, compassionate, and took the time to review our situation, kindly agreeing to refund our booking. Their flexibility and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. We truly appreciate their kindness and excellent service, and would happily consider booking again and recommending the hotel to others.

We unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to circumstances completely outside our control, but the way the hotel handled the situation deserves real recognition. We live in the UAE, and the Ministry of Education changed the school term dates at the very last minute. This meant our planned travel dates were no longer possible for our family, even though our booking was technically outside the hotel’s refund policy. Despite this, the hotel team were incredibly understanding and supportive. The guest relations and customer service teams were extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about our situation. They took the time to review our case and kindly agreed to refund our booking, which we were very grateful for. It’s rare to see this level of flexibility and empathy, especially when the circumstances fall outside normal policies. Their willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We really appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service shown by the team. Because of this, we would absolutely consider booking with them again in the future and would happily recommend the hotel to others.
