Perfect location supermarket 2 minutes up the road and a ATM just outside the resort, rooms were not super flash but also not terrible. Bed was comfortable and rooms were made fresh e every day. We stayed 8 days here. Staff were lovely, breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Great dinner options too. We used this as our base and we would definitely use it again. Just do your washing down the road at the laundromat as quite expensive doing it through the resort. The in house beauty spa and rosie’s booking guide were great hits for us. The pool was perfect temperature and the kids pool was great depth for a 2 year old. It is not a 5 star resort on the beach side and is a little dated but definitely not as bad as what some of the other reviews say. We had 3 different rooms and a 2 year old. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Mecure. They had pool towels on offer you could use (free), swings and a slide. Wailoaloa beach is 2 minutes in the Taxi.

We are two weeks into our annual two-month stay at this hotel. What we love is the consistency of service, returning guests being recognised and appreciated, local staff conversing in English, their politeness and respect. The breakfast caters to many tastes. We love our freshly cooked eggs and selections from the buffet, including fresh fruit juices and fruit. Reading our book beside the pool. Walking up and down the beach and coming back to the new Sports Bar to watch our country's favourite teams. Here we enjoy a couple of local beers/cocktails and assess the menu, which includes lamb shanks.
