We arrived here on May 12, and our wish was to get a room with a good view. We got exactly that right away thanks to a lovely receptionist, who said that Estonian girls are “chocolate girls” and wanted to do us this favor. :) The hotel area is very large, including a big water park and even a small zoo where you can see different birds and even rabbits. It was a pity, though, that they did not really promote the zoo, because hardly anyone visited it. The pools were clean, and the drinks and food were good. The staff were all friendly, and the massage was also very enjoyable. Since my birthday was on May 13, the hotel also surprised me with a lovely fruit platter and a bottle of wine. :) However, another issue was that water was not brought to the rooms regularly. We had to ask three times before water was finally delivered to our room. Unfortunately, there were very, very, very many children — we could not even understand whether there was some kind of camp going on or something similar — and this made staying at the hotel a little unpleasant because there was noise everywhere. I understand that this is a family hotel, but when it starts disturbing your vacation, it becomes a problem, especially since the children were noisy even at night, and that was not okay. As for entertainment, it kind of existed and kind of did not: there was a show in the evenings, but at the “disco” they only played Russian music, which did not suit us, so we left. We also visited the à la carte restaurant, and that was a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank our waiter, who explained every dish to us separately and was very friendly and kind. As for the rooms, they had clearly seen better days. At one point, a strip on the door fell off, but we informed reception immediately, and it was fixed. Also, in the bathroom, water leaked out from the shower area, and the beds were very hard. Overall, we were satisfied, although there were also some downsides. Thank you, Miarosa Kemer Beach, for hosting us. :)
