Mill Houses Elegant Suites

When we arrived - our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The Caldera view was stunning and the outdoor jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. Breakfast was brought to our balcony each morning and the room was great. The staff were so accommodating - we needed to add a night due to a flight change and they were able to help us out. We had to change rooms but they moved our luggage for us. There are so many stairs! But the views were worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible place to stay. What really made the experience stand out was the Staff. Kelly, Andreas, Tina (the cleaner☺️) were so personable and incredible. Kelly treated us like we were the only people in the hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed and Andreas carried all of our luggage up and down the stairs and make sure we had everything we needed. please make sure you tip these hard-working people who give so kindly information and help and guidance for everything you need. They go above and beyond🫶🏽 What a location being a short 20 minute walk from Fira and the view of the caldera cannot be beaten. We booked this through a travel agent, unfortunately it was an economy studio room Which on arrival was not suitable for our requirements as we were staying for five nights. Just one message to Kelly and we were upgraded (for an additional cost, which we agreed to) A much bigger beautiful room with an amazing view. We felt like we were on our honeymoon. We had a bike accident and were taken care of so well by Kelly and all her staff, even Tina who is our room cleaner and a very generous gracious person, alongside Andrea checking in on us. Kelly gave us the medication we needed and Tina gave us all the extra sheeting and towels we needed Once again, many thanks Kelly & staff for making our stay so memorable. My wife and I had an all too brief stay (5 nights) at Millhouses New Elegant Suites for a nearby family wedding. What an experience made all the more enjoyable by Kelly and her friendly staff. Andreas provided the healthy breakfasts every morning and was on hand in the poolside bar to make sure that the bottles of Mythos and Mamos were on hand! What a location being a short 20 minute walk from Fira and the view of the caldera cannot be beaten. Our only regret was that we didn't visit Skaros Rock. No problem as its often said when travelling that you should always leave something out to justify a return visit. As if we needed any excuse to return! Apologies to Kelly as I absentmindedly walked off with the room key! An age thing! lol Once again, many thanks Kelly for making our stay so memorable. Best wishes Nick and Ann

Kelly and her staff go over and beyond to make sure that your stay at the apartments is enjoyable and relaxing. Andreas always greeted us with a friendly smile each morning, when he served our breakfast overlooking the magnificent views. We were greeted by hotel staff out of our vehicle, who carried our bags to the apartment and Andreas carried our bags back up the stairs when we departed (He is a true assest to the business). I highly recommend the Mill House apartments for any stay in Santorini. You do not have to go anywhere else to catch the magnificent sunsets of the island.

We stayed here for our babymoon getaway and we were NOT disappointed - from the moment our transfer pulled up to the entrance, one of the staff were ready to help with our bags and the view as we walked down to the suites was INCREDIBLE ✨️🤍 The service, location and rooms all deserve 5 stars as this place is literally paradise 🌅
