Outstanding service from Gakul and other hotel cleaners!

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Gakul, one of the hotel’s cleaners. He is incredibly thoughtful, caring, and genuinely hospitable. Every day, he went above and beyond to make sure my room was spotless and comfortable, always greeting me with a friendly smile and checking if there was anything else I needed. What stood out most was his attention to detail and his kind, considerate nature—small gestures, like arranging items neatly and other things made a big difference. It’s clear that Gakul takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests’ comfort. He truly embodies the spirit of hospitality, and his professionalism and warmth made my stay feel special. The hotel is lucky to have someone like him on their team, the other staff cleaners were also amazing!!

I had a wonderful stay, and what stood out the most was how incredibly clean the room was. Everything—from the floor to the bathroom—was spotless and perfectly arranged. I want to give special thanks to Manoj, the cleaner, for his excellent work and attention to detail. The bed was fresh and comfortable, the towels neatly folded, and even the mirrors were shining. It’s rare to see such dedication and pride in cleanliness. Manoj’s effort truly made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values a tidy, well-maintained, and comfortable environment.

Hungry Monkey ruined my experience

Had a wonderful time with my stay at the hotel, jerel was very kind and helpful in every way the type of person that makes your stay the best. However I had a two terrible experiences at hungry monkey where I had foreign objects found in the drinks provided on both night twice in a row is not acceptable, top it all off a rude waiter make a dog calling sound to because he got the orders wrong and we had to get up ourselves to have it sorted out, to top it all off the male manager of the place did nothing about anything on the first night about the way his waiter treated a guest. To add as we love going to the hungry monkey having nearly the same thing happen but this time when a foreign object was found it was informed that it was a dry lemon seed in the glass and it's fine and everything mind you we don't know how long that seed has been just laying around and it is certainly unacceptable to say that something like a dry lemon seed in someone's drink is okay. In the end the drink was taken off the bill and we left not wanting have our night ruined. On my check out day the reception was amazing and very accommodating making at least my departure a memorable one.
