The hotel is located in a great place. You can walk out and go to shops and a few bars and it's directly opposite the museum of the future! The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was fabulous with a huge range to suit all ages, cultures and tastes. My room was very tired it would be 3/4* in UK. It was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy with a quilt and air-conditioning but it was very tired. The floor boards were chipped and bowed when walked on. The view from the window was of a wall, the grout was peeling and blackening. The art work/pictures were dated and the decor was dark. It was a very spacious room with all you could need (fridge iron washing line, seating area, big wardrobe) but it was next to the lifts and people move around the clock in dubai so the noise was alot. Nothing significant enough to complain about for me though. I would say its more a 4* hotel in comparison to what you can stay in, in Dubai.
