My Story at Millennium Hotel, Dubai

I don’t usually write long reviews, but my stay at Millennium Hotel Dubai deserves every word of thanks. I came during a difficult time, and what I found was not just a hotel — but a family. From Mustafa in the sales team who helped me extend my stay within my budget, to Jasmine who ensured I had the best room with a view (room 2002), every person here made me feel seen and supported. Chef Faisal made breakfast a daily highlight, always checking in and creating off-menu meals just to make my mornings better. Rohan, along with Sumyat and Bulan, always greeted me with the kind of warmth that made me feel like I belonged. Even Raju from housekeeping added such care and kindness to my daily life. And one more special person I’ll never forget — a sweet intern from Indonesia who called each morning with the gentlest wake-up call and the kindest voice. Just an intern, maybe, but she made a world of difference. This hotel didn’t just give me a room — it gave me hope, kindness, and a sense of belonging. Thank you, Millennium Hotel team. You made my journey unforgettable.
