HONEST REVIEW FOR FAMILIES The hotel itself is beautiful — very clean and modern. We stayed in a standard double room with a side sea view. It was spacious and had a decent-sized balcony. The swimming pools are great, and the slides for children were a lot of fun. My 7-year-old thoroughly enjoyed them. The splash park is good for younger children, but the operating times were inconsistent. Some days it didn’t turn on at all, while other days it was shut off early, leaving everyone confused. I asked staff about this, but due to the language barrier, they didn’t understand. Daytime entertainment for families was non-existent. We sat next to the children’s pools every day, and not once did anyone come over to inform us about any water sports or kids' games — which was disappointing. However, if you walked to the opposite side of the hotel, where music was playing, you’d occasionally see adults playing darts. The snack bars were probably the best places to eat. You could choose from burgers, chicken tenders, fries, pizza, and jacket potatoes. The buffet, on the other hand, was repetitive and often tasted like it had been reheated. The drinks were good with plenty of variety, but the wait time was frustrating. Only one person was usually serving, and many guests were ordering multiple drinks at once — especially cocktails — which added to the delay. Kids Club – My 7-year-old usually enjoys this kind of activity, but after going once, she didn’t want to go back — and I don’t blame her. The woman who appeared to be the lead staff member was rude. Kids Disco – This seemed more catered to non-English-speaking children, which is sad but true. The main woman with short hair repeatedly singled out English kids, including my daughter. During the singing and counting, she would skip my daughter — even lifting the microphone over her head so she couldn't participate. I tried to speak with her, but as soon as she heard me speaking English, she made a face and waved me off dismissively. I’ve never had this kind of experience in Turkey or at any other hotel. It was insulting. Elevators were a nightmare, especially with a pushchair. We often had to wait up to 15 minutes while others pushed in and pretended not to hear us. Evening music was far too loud if you're traveling with kids. We were usually back in our room by 11 p.m. with our 7- and 2-year-olds, who were exhausted. But even with the doors and curtains closed, it felt like we were right in front of the speakers until 2 a.m. Overall – I’m glad we visited because the hotel itself is lovely and my children enjoyed the pools. However, I wouldn’t return and wish I had chosen a different hotel. The experience was let down by the long wait for drinks, poor food quality, and the lack of respect shown to English guests. Also, being charged €20 per hour to keep the room on departure is unacceptable.

After reading some reviews before I got to Miracle I was a bit worried as some reviews stated staff were not British friendly, well that is certainly not the case. All staff were tremendous and very friendly, massive shoutout to Yusuf at pool bar and Kaan one of the roller guys who kept us hydrated throughout holiday. Everything was tremendous. Food was excellent, so much to choose from even when it comes to fussy Scottish child, rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday. Drinks were exceptional and speaking of that most drinks were well known named drinks. Entertainment was good, could have been a bit better but 90% amazing. We will definatly be back. The Miracle Resort have given us amazing memories for our little family.❤️ thank you

We stayed here for 10 nights mid June and were very sceptical after reading some of the reviews however, I must say we had a great time. We went there with our 2 children aged 6 and 2. Hotel and grounds were immaculate and the staff work very hard keeping the place spotless! Pool areas are fab for the kids however be very mindful of how slippy it is as we witnessed several people fall over around the pool areas. We never had a problem with any of the staff in the restaurant. These people work extremely hard trying to clear and clean tables, along with waiting on people, especially during the busy periods. They were always attentive with us and very friendly, which we were shocked about having read some of the previous reviews about staff not liking the English. We couldn't fault any of them and I do think people need to remember these people are humans, not robots! Please treat them with respect and in return they treat you the same. The food is served behind counters however I much prefer this as it's stops the vultures messing it all up. We never had a problem with portion sizes either and staff were more than happy to give us more when we asked. Food was your standard all inclusive The kids club is fantastic and the staff in there are great with the kids! My little girl loved it here. The only downside i would have to this hotel would be the onsite shop is expensive however, a five minute walk out of the hotel and you find some shops a lot cheaper. Perhaps they could also have more than 1 person serving on each bar also, as during busy times it's a long wait. Several guests do spoil your experience due to how rude and ignorant they can be however this is no fault of the hotels! We would happily return to this hotel, and this is something we rarely find us saying.

Professional staff, especially guest relations staff, very helpful and professional! I enjoyed everything. Housekeeping was good, food is too good, pools, everything.
