10/10 - A Truly Miraculous Experience!!

My experience at Miracle Hotel in Antalya was exceptional starting from the moment I walked in until the time of my departure. Every detail, from the warm welcome, to the impeccable service, spotless - elegant rooms, staff, food, drinks, nightly entertainment, exceeded all expectations. The options for food are endless and delicious!!! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was not just comfortable, but unforgettable. The staff were both professional, kind, attentive, and eager to help. They remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile. Special thanks to Mr. Tuncay and Ms. Rezzan. Miracle Hotel lives up to its name and then some. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service so seamlessly. I highly highly recommend if you're looking for a hotel experience that feels like a dream come true!

We had an amazing stay as a family of 8, would definitely recommend. The rooms were nice and very clean on arrival. There was a mini fridge stocked up with snacks and drinks throughout our stay, these came in very handy at times. The night buffet runs from 12:00am - 6:00am, this was brilliant on arrival as we arrived at 1am. The food in general was brilliant, so much to choice from even for picky eaters (some of our group was). The food is behind a counter and the staff serve you, personally we all thought this was much better as it is a lot more hygienic than hundreds of people touching food handles and stops food waste. Hotel is in a great location, lots to do outside the hotel we manage to do the land of the legends, Düden waterfalls and a rafting excursion. However hotel does have everything on site we just wanted to explore the area. During our stay we had a birthday, we came back in the evening from an excursion and there was a cake and heart of flowers in our room. Such a nice gesture as we stayed in a resort last year for a birthday and had nothing. A special mention to the pool side bar staff🌟They all work incredibly hard, always so happy and welcoming, on several occasions they had drinks ready on arrival at the bar in the evening time. Amazing service 🌟The cocktails are great tasting with high end spirits used. The entertainment was good both daytime and evening, they run a day time entertainment programme in the day and music plays around the top half of the pool, however the pool is huge if you want to escape and relax more. Evening shows start around 9pm. 🌟 A special mention Resul and Cagatay you do an amazing job together 🌟 very friendly, always smiling and trying their best to get everyone involved in the activities. Thank you for encouraging my sister up on stage it was one of our highlights of the holiday. 😂 Overall we all had amazing time, there was something for everyone, the atmosphere was amazing and the all the staff are a credit to the hotel making the stay even better. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Came here in the end of may and come home 5th of June, got home to find that shampoo's what were brand new had gone missing which I think cleaners have stole. These shampoos were important as they were hair growing ones and were for my mam. This was my first time here and I would never come back or recommend

4th visit to the Miracle and will probably be our last. Food has gone from being extremely good to absolutely appalling! Does not warrant a 5 star rating, 3 star at the best! The noise and behavior from unruly children in the restaurant and bar areas was beyond belief and added to the disappointment of what the hotel had turned into.

Good hotel let down by some staff

Reception staff customer service not the greatest which lets the hotel down. I enquired about a late checkout early on in the holiday to be told it wasn’t a problem and to just come down the morning we’re leaving to pay to be told be told the morning we’re leaving it was simply impossible and goodbye no apology no explanation of where we can shower or put our suitcases basically just ushered away. I did explain earlier in the week that my child was autistic so it would be easier for us to keep the room and was willing to pay whatever it costs wasn’t even allowed to explain that this morning just basically told to go away. I understand it is not possible always to have a late checkout, It’s just disappointing to be misled by the staff earlier in the week. Staff on the whole round the hotel good but not enough of them on bars etc but that’s a standard problem everywhere you go.
