Mitsis Faliraki - what a fantastic holiday we had with you. I cannot highly recommend you enough. We spent 10 nights in a beautiful room with a sea view (392), with lovely crisp fresh bedding everyday, and cleaned to a high standard. A replenished mini fridge everyday with soft drinks, beer and wine was well enjoyed whilst overlooking the sea sat on the balcony in the evenings. A la Carte restaurants were outstanding, from the food to the service the staff were very attentive and there was nothing too much trouble, and always served with a smile. Buffet restaurants always had plenty of choice. The hotel grounds and swimming pool areas were kept impeccable by your very hardworking cleaning staff.. Thank you to Olga for helping us with booking our excursions and useful information, and a HUGE THANK YOU to each and every member of staff for making our stay a memorable one.

This was our third stay at Mitsis Faliraki Beach on Rhodes over the past four years.
The food at the hotel is delicious and varied – plenty of fresh fish, seafood (even lobster for dinner!), tasty desserts, and a wide selection of fruits and vegetables. The staff truly deserve special recognition – always kind, smiling, and ready to help. There is a genuinely family-like atmosphere here, reflected in the warm greetings and farewells between guests and the hotel team. Many guests, just like us, come back again and again. Special thanks to Kiriaki and Inci, who served us during breakfast and lunch with a smile every day, and to Eduardo, who took care of us during dinner – polite, professional, and always remembering our favorite drinks.
In the main restaurant, everything is perfectly managed by Dimitris, who makes sure every guest feels well looked after. On the beach, service is excellent thanks to Michalis, who delivers any drink from the bar within minutes. After a few days, he even started bringing us our morning frappes without asking – he already knew that’s how we start our beach days. The only thing we missed were some evening dance events.
