Exceptional service at an excellent hotel

We're a family of three 14-year-old boy. We stayed in may and the hotel was exceptional. Couldn't fault it. The whole hotel felt modern and clean. It was so well paired for. Staff were constantly cleaning and couldn't do enough to help. The rooms felt bright and modern clean daily unless you said you didn't want them to plenty of drawers and hanging space and there was three shampoo, shower gel of a good quality. The hotel itself was on the beach so it was a short walk past the swimming pool and you were directly on the beach and there were plenty of sun lounges there and by the pool. There was no morning rush to secure a sun lounger like in some other hotels. The bar right by the beach did cocktails and drinks to order. No self service so everything was fresh and waiters. Were happy to bring you drinks to your sun loungers. Even the sun lounges themselves were of a good quality with a nice soft cushion top. The swimming pools clean and on one day after a storm where one of the pools have lots of debris in it. Staff were happy to come and clean the pool again. Just like on the beach stuff for constantly walking up and down, collecting glasses and bringing drinks to people. The sun lounges by the pool were even more luxurious than those on the beach with soft mattresses. The fact that you could get a clean towel everyday without paying a deposit was fantastic. This really helped us on our last day. When we checked out of our room but had a later flight as it meant we could use fresh clean towels in the shower room situated in the bathrooms by reception. The food was fabulous! There were some of the hot plate areas where the food could have been a little bit warmer, but we spent most of our time having the fresh salads and cold food anyway or having fresh omelets for breakfast. The desserts were too good that we came home a little bit heavier! Again, the staff was so helpful. So friendly. So attentive. It felt very special and we were well taken care of. We visited three of the A la carte restaurants in the evening and one at lunch time. They made it feel like you were eating in a restaurant off the resort put with all of the service and cost benefits of being on the resort. We do like to go off the resort to bars and restaurants as well and there's plenty those to choose from in falaraki. Dimitar on the beach was delicious and authentic and the staff there were lovely. The evening entertainment was good and we stayed in the bar a couple of nights to sample or if the hotels different cocktails on offer but with the town a short walk away. We also sampled a lot off-site as well as everything is right on your doorstep but without being too noisy. All of the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Special shout outs to Nikos who helped us on our last day in reception by weighing our cases for us and ensuring even our last few minutes of our stay were special. Mention also to Jan who helped us on arrival and showed us where everything was to help get the holiday off to the best start. Carlos who worked tirelessly throughout lunch in the main restaurant and was then there to service in the evening at the Asian a la carte restaurant. Lista (I think I've spelt that right) at the beach bar for keeping us cool with nice cocktails in the hot heat. But our favourite by far was Raphael who worked in the evening snack bar which was open from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. He always greeted us with a smile and despite working on his own in the restaurant did everything he could to help us and was happy to chat about other things we could do. We made sure to say goodbye to him before we left! We most definitely will be coming back! Even if not to this Mitsis hotel but to another.

Great holiday

The hotel has been great. We were greeted by Nikos at reception who was really helpful and gave us good advice about the hotel and local area. The food was excellent and the à la carte meals were high quality. The waiting staff were so nice. The room was very clean and we had a great view from the balcony. I loved the hotel entertainment- it was high standard and very relaxing/ good fun. Great area- not far from the busy strip, the quiet harbour, the lively beach area.

Proper vacation feels like home!

I went with my girlfriend in this lovely place last month and I wanted to highlight some great aspects of this place. I noticed their food section was rich both in choices and flavour while the service was exceptionally helpful. They were super polite, fast and always with a positive vibe. Just that made our staying there feel warm. Well, they also have this amazing pool to cool us off when we felt really warm which we spent hours daily. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. Families, couples or even individuals looking to enjoy their time interacting with exceptional stuff as well as tasting really good food have to give this one a tray. Me and my girlfriend thank you for everything! Till next time!
