Amazing family holiday 😎

11 days Room 862 with pool and very quiet sunbed area. My family of 4 with twins aged 10 have had the most relaxing and fabulous holiday. Sunbeds are always available, although we did spend most of our time on the beach. Big thank you to Gyros Lady Chef, Pizza Hut guys, Bay Watch bar staff, Crepes lady, main bar staff, and especially to the reception staff and manager for your service. Thanks too goes to dinning room manager for his smiles and welcoming every meal time along with fist pumps 🤘 We loved the beach area and food and drinks... although the beach bar will basically close at 17.30, not 1800hrs. The room was always nice and clean every day with fresh towels and big beach towels, big up to Mini Bar Refil guy..top bloke filled us up every 2nd day. Sunbeds have been upgraded on the beach and are spot on. My only small negative is we would have loved our room pool to have stayed open beyond 1800hrs so we could have bit more time whilst getting ready for the evening. Apart from that, it was an amazing holiday with good service. Top tip cocktail bar by pool is quiet...lots of choices. Coach into town at 2 euros well worth a trip out. The 15 Euros per day tax is steep but I was over that as we loved our stay. Thanks to all.

i’m here to answer the questions i struggled to find in the reviews!! first of all, concierge & staff were all incredible, eager to help, very friendly, took our bags to our room, picked us up from the bottom of the hill when we were a bit lost in between the mitsis hotels!! welcome & goodbye gifts, amazing!! food! much bigger buffet than i thought! pretty much the same for breakfast each day, cereals, salad, crepes, sweet cakes etc, jams, spreads, toast, hot food, fruits, porridge, bread, continental - tons!! same for lunch & dinne, huge array of choice, two spots where the chefs are cooking fresh food, constant top ups by other staff, soft drinks are easy to get (cups are very small though!), cocktails etc at the bar, creperie with sweet & savoury crepes pretty much all day, same with ice creams. the gyros, pizza & cocktails on the beach are perfect! you can use the sunloungers with green umbrellas. we didn’t stay in the hotel much each day as we went out, however pools were lovely, sunloungers everywhere, smaller pools are better if you came without children as much quieter, lots of choice. bus stop right outside with buses to kardamena & kos, if you don’t manage to get the only 2 buses to kos there is other options if you get on google or ask the staff. everyone was so helpful! had an incredible time! make sure you get the mitsis app, we booked a sunset dinner in zia & a transfer to kos throught the concierge option, so quick and easy. thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We stayed in room 628 the views was fantastic and the rooms were clean the shuttle bus to and from the beach is reliable and the food was lovely the Entertainment was very good , the food on the beach was excellent and the toilets were clean, Excellent Holiday

We arrived and the location is in a beautiful location. Checking in was ok but would be speeded up if the staff filled in the information on the tablet as some people ( myself included ) are slow on a key pad . Transfer to the room was good. First impressions of the room was amazing views from the balcony and a nice seating area. The soft furnishings are a bit tired, but beds comfortable. Mini bar great as a soft drink during the night is welcome. We were right on the end of the block so only had small area of pool. We didn’t use the pool A Didn’t want to use the ladder from the height. B Didn’t want to encroach on the people downstairs. A ladder in to the pool from the sun area would have been good ( the other block had this ) wouldn’t have felt we were invading someone’s privacy. The quiet sun area wasn’t made very welcoming and could have been lovely if it was tidied up and planted The main pool is dangerous as all the tiles are broken around the edges Chaining off isn’t good as far as health and safety goes. Food stations where fresh food is cooked was great Hot buffet was sometimes not as hot as it could be . Some dishes were salty. Salad , fruit and desserts were good. Shame there is a section where you can eat outside or adults only. Dining room is busy and noisy, but the staff are great. Drinks are good and the ladies serving outside were lovely always a smile even though they were very busy. Pool bar in the evening was great as a bit less crowded. Food and drinks on the beach were good just needed to watch the queues. Beach area good best if you have beach shoes as it’s pebbles. Not the best for young kids as it shelves off quickly. The bus service was great to local town and Kos . I did fill in questionnaire about the hotel but didn’t get a reply. The thing that’s best about this hotel is the location view and staff . A Wonderful 10-Day Stay

My wife and I have just returned from a 10-day break at the Mitsis Family Village and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to the restaurant team for their exceptional care – my wife is gluten-free, and they could not have been more accommodating. Every meal was stress-free and delicious, with plenty of safe and tasty options. The resort itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing holiday. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended
