An enjoyable 10 days

We had an enjoyable 10 days at the hotel. Our room was comfortable and the hotel is perfectly serviceable. We were all inclusive and thought the food was very good. Almost every member of staff was kind and helpful. A shout out to the reception staff - always delightful - and lovely Stella in the restaurant who was friendly and very efficient. The reason we haven’t given a 5 star review is due to the building works opposite. They do affect guest experience and the general ambiance of the area and while this can’t be helped it didn’t heighten our holiday! Also we felt areas of the hotel were a bit tired and needed some TLC. But as everyone says most staff members go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. The hotel is central and it is easy to find your way around Rhodes town. We would stay again if ever in this part of the world.

Amazing trip! First time taking our 8 month old abroad and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The staff were so accommodating (especially Michael at the pool and Christina in the restaurant) and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and relaxing! Will definitely be staying at a mitsis hotel again in the future Also fantastic location for exploring Rhodes town and not too far from the airport

The best all inclusive hotel ever!

We were very impressed with the Mitsis Hotel chain and with this particular hotel. Ok the pool area was small and had the usual saved towels on it. However, we were relieved to find out that the hotel had its own beach spot. Far better in my opinion to get that tan. The hotel also provided us with a towel each. We got a welcome snack when we arrived in the early hours and fridge stocked. The food was amazing and what choice, and noticeable differences between lunch and Dinner. Great Variety! The drink choice also good for all inclusive. Cocktails were great! The staff were always very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made you feel like family particularly before leaving. Special shouts outs for Zara, Poppi, Julia and Margarita! Exceptional! We even got a pack up in a cool bag for a day trip and was allowed to have meals right up until our bus journey back to the airport. Its in a great position obviously for the beach and for the lovely Historic Old Town. We are that impressed that we would love to go back next year! We have also downloaded the Mitsis App too. Very well done to Everyone for making our holiday one of the best!

A truly delightful hotel, and Rhodes is wonderful

We loved this hotel. They upgraded us as we arrived. Had a partial view of sea and view of mountains in Marmaris turkey. The staff where all so lovely. The food was excellent, i need low fst, a lot was grilled, sign fir you to read. Beach 4 mins diwn rd. The harbour 10 min walk, next to it the old town. It was all wonderful, a must go to hotel and place being Rhodes.

The hotel in general is amazing. All of the employees greet you with so much joy and they give the best service. The food in the all inclusive is worth the cost because of its amazing quality! Recommended!
