Great from start, little touch like sandwich in room after very late arrival. Staff so attentive particularly Antonis in the restaurant.. Never felt earthquake before but got to experience two. Thanks to all at the hotel for great stay. Would recommend for town visit.

I loved my stay here at Mitsis Petit Plains. From the moment I arrived the staff were helpful and welcoming. My room was comfortable and clean, perfect to come back to after a long day out or by the pool. The food was great and the staff, in particular Antonis went above and beyond. I am definitely thinking about when I can come back again.

The reviews keep saying how friendly the staff at the Mitsis Petit Palais are and we were a little dubious but the reality is they're all correct. The staff at the hotel are indeed very friendly but more than that, it's a very natural friendliness which is lovely when you're on holiday. The hotel itself is comfortable, spotlessly clean and from a personal viewpoint served decent beer as part of the all inclusive package. We all know that's not always the case! It's also extremely well situated with lots of shops and restaurants all around it and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town which we would definitely recommend visiting. The only downside is the pool area is very small and was full very early on but the private beach is a five minute walk. Just remember beach shoes for the pebbles (or you can buy them there). Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday.

Small but mighty Petit Palais

Mitsis Petit Palais is the unsung hero of the group. It may not have all of the bells and whistles that the other hotels have but what it does have is the personal touch. The staff are like friends and always have a warm greeting, they cannot do enough for their guests. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the food plentiful & varied, with a packed lunch available on request. The pool bar area is always a hive of activity, cooling drinks and delicious crepes, banter abounds with Alex and his staff. The entertainment caters to all age groups... my personal favourite being D-Spot, an amazing duo not to be missed! Definitely a gem of a place for all inclusive the location is ideal.
