This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Wealth, space and elegance are the predominant elements here. Guests become enchanted by the setting, the colours and the collection of wall paintings. The accommodation units are carefully appointed and offer all the comforts of a resort. All guest rooms feature individually regulated air-conditioning and heating and an en-suite bathroom. A breathtaking hotel with amazing food!

The most amazing all inclusive holiday yet! Please do not listen to the negative reviews as the people writing them are probably very particular. It was fabulous! The hotel itself is super clean and absolutely breathtaking the grounds are beautiful. Our room was cleaned everyday by Mika and she was a dream we couldn’t ask for anything more. Mini bar was constantly restocked. Room was modern and we were upgraded to a private pool which was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful especially Adela who we interacted the most with. The food was superb the best all inclusive food there is. The buffet has so much variety every day there was something different live stations, fresh salads the desserts were so good. My favorite was the Mexican night with build your own taco. The food was truly delicious. Also the Al a cart restaurants were also so good but please do book before you get there on their app as it does get booked quickly.

The stay was great with a lot of attraction and amazing food with lots of variety. I would like to recommend for the management of the hotel to make reception give us more informations about for example late check out our flight was late and we didn't even know we have possibility to stay longer in the room. Animation was great, Klaudia from entertainment team was always welcoming us with the smile and giving us all informations. The stay was lovely!!! Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel was very beautiful and big however , something i would improve would be the signage throughout the hotel . The entertainment was lovely , The acrobats and the greece inspired evening was amazing . Claudia from entertainment team was amazing and always very clear when speaking and informative . The food was lovely at the main buffet . The room was always clean and tidy and was up to standard .

I’m not typically someone who writes complaints or negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience, as it fell well short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. To be clear, there were some positives: the hotel grounds are beautiful, the views are stunning, and our room—with a private pool—was lovely. The staff were consistently polite and hardworking throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, several issues unfortunately overshadowed the overall experience. The biggest disappointment was the dining situation. The main buffet restaurant offered a small range of food and the quality was average at best. We were looking forward to trying the à la carte options, which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. However, despite attempting to make reservations as soon as we arrived, we were told everything was fully booked for the entire week. The only booking we could secure was for the Asian restaurant—at 9 PM on our final night. As a family with small children, this timing simply wasn’t practical. We only ever book hotels with à la carte due to main buffets not being very good so you can imagine my disappointment at not being able to use them. The main buffet was also not very good for children, my kids just ate salad nearly everyday for lunch due to there not being much options. This is the first all-inclusive holiday where we’ve had to pay to eat out on some nights, just to get a decent meal. For a 5-star resort, that’s unacceptable. Drinks were another letdown. The cocktails were inconsistent and poorly made. The same drinks tasted different depending on which bar you visited and ingredients would just be left out. Fanta, for example, was replaced with a cheap imitation. The only branded options seemed to be a few alcoholic beverages but again, most of them were local spirits. Furthermore, there was no drinks service at the sun loungers, and queues for drinks often took 15 minutes or more due to understaffing—again, not what you’d expect from a 5-star experience. While the kids splash park was a highlight for our children, it was baffling that there was no bar or refreshment area nearby. The nearest option required a walk down several flights of steps, which isn’t ideal for families. Lastly, it seemed clear that the hotel was overbooked. Many guests were expressing similar frustrations, and it felt as though the facilities simply weren’t designed to handle the volume of people staying there. In summary, while we did enjoy aspects of the trip, the experience did not reflect a true 5-star standard—particularly in terms of food, drink, and service. The hotel might work better as a self-catering resort, but it doesn’t meet expectations for an all-inclusive. I hope this feedback is taken on board to help improve the guest experience moving forward. Unfortunately, we would not choose to return

We visit the hotel with our friends,we was 9 people in total.The hotel was amazing from the check in until the check out.The staff was friendly and super helpfull especially Adela from the concierge she help us for all requests that both family had.She booked the transfer for all of us,she arrange the room to be upgraded and next to each with our friends and also suggested the highlights of Rhodes.Everything was perfect,another stunning stay at Mitsis hotel.
