This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Wealth, space and elegance are the predominant elements here. Guests become enchanted by the setting, the colours and the collection of wall paintings. Relaxing week in the sun

Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff - Mika was so wonderful, helpful, friendly and greeted us every morning with a smile on her face, before she cleaned our room. Food is excellent. The furniture in the main restaurant does look tired, but most of the hotel is in extremely good condition. Amenities are very good and would recommend a stay!

I would recommend in main restaurant provide the machine that you can refill the drinks by yourself instead of waiting for waiters. Entertainment was good with great beach party with fireworks - daily activities were fun like waterpolo with Klaudia! The food should be improved with more variety because on both sides of the buffet is the same food. We didn’t get to a la carte restaurant that’s such a pitty staying a week and didn’t try.

First time staying at Mitsis Rodos village, we had a lovely time, very relaxing. However the main restaurant is not up to 5* standards, the girls on entry to the main restaurant are lovely. The breakfast options are not great and quite often the cups and tables were dirty. The lunch and dinner food was ok, however never much choice, especially for the children. Only ever offered one drink during lunch and dinner, the staff don’t return to the table offering more drinks. The restaurant definitely isn’t big enough for the amount of people the hotel caters for. One toaster for breakfast, the queue for the coffee machine is ridiculous and one ice cream station. We ate at the brunch restaurant definitely isn’t worth it, the Italian was nice however the service is so slow!! The main pool you have to get up early to secure sunbeds and the pool bar staff are so slow, the queue was always massive for the pool bar, only really ever one person serving. Mika the lady who cleaned our room is lovely she is a credit to the hotel. She was always so happy and so good with the children. The entertainment team are lovely and the entertainment is good, however it’s on very late when you have young children. Mini disco doesn’t start till 9pm followed by main entertainment at 10pm. The hotel is definitely not very pushchair or wheelchair friendly, lots of steps, not many lifts and we had a pushchair and were put in a room where only way up was a set of steps so we had to carry the pushchair up every day which is fine when one youngest isn’t asleep in it. Overall I wouldn’t say this is a 5* hotel but we had a pleasant stay, this hotel could be amazing if they had more staff and had more bars and restaurants to use. The booked restaurant get booked up well in advance but are also so small for the size of the hotel.
