This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Very good we had 2 weeks with my family here very nice holiday credits to all the lifeguards especially Kostas he was a very friendly and well mannered person who made my holiday much better

we enjoyed our stay by the animation pool and we enjoyed aqua Gym with jako and also the animation shows during evening Food is very good but drinks could be better The only problem i have around the pool is that i can not take away food away for the kids during day time

We had a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Ilias, the bartender at the pool. He handled all the drink service flawlessly with outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine smile. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel warmly welcomed. Despite being busy, he served everyone quickly without ever compromising on the quality of the service. His excellent management skills, positive attitude, and attention to every guest truly made him stand out. Ilias is an exceptional bartender who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a great experience. His friendliness, speed, and welcoming personality made a lasting impression on us. Every resort needs an ilias!

Nice hotel, but holiday a bit of a let down

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms were lovely. We travelled as a couple. This hotel is good for families with young children, but wouldn’t recommend it for couples. We should have looked into this more before we booked. It’s so noisy! Restaurant manic. Scraping metal chairs, very noisy. The organisation of the hotel is not good. Most guests we spoke to, including ourselves, were given a different room for 24 hours, and then asked to move to our booked room. It was actually quite inconvenient It was sold to us as an upgrade and we’d get a ‘free’ half hour massage each (which when we went to book was completely fully booked for the week we were there- so we didn’t get that) Food- okay À la carte - okay, nothing special. Beach was nice. Food snack bars around beach very nice. Beach was shingle/pebbly. I’ve seen since we’ve returned back that canopy’s have been put up which would make a massive improvement. We were eating our snacks in 37 degree heat with no shade. Sunbeds around pool- nightmare! Very close together. Getting up at 6.30 am to ensure we had a sunbed is ridiculous. And to sit there until about 8-8:30 and then go for breakfast. People should not be reserving them and leaving them in-used for the morning so agree that towels were removed. People just ended up getting greedy. Maybe a quiet pool for adults only would be nice. There just weren’t enough sunbeds for the size and amounts of people in the hotel. And if you don’t reserve there isn’t much else around the hotel/area to actually do. The beach sunbeds were full. Hotel is quite remote. Not much to walk to.. Evenings were equally as busy. Some evenings we struggled to get a seat to sit and have a few drinks.And this is in the bars by reception area, not the children’s entertainment upstairs. Again lots of children running around jumping on the sofas and just the general noise was not enjoyable. We took taxi boat to Lindos which is absolute beautiful. Definitely worth a visit. We also chose to eat out here for a meal and have a few drinks in the rooftop bars. Very pretty. We have learnt that in future we would book an adults only hotel.
