An amazing three days!!! Very good service, impeccable reception with the appropriate professionalism! All services worked perfectly! Clean rooms, clean linen with many amenities. Unique view. We had an absolute perfect week at the Mitsis Summer palace. Our room 1417 was perfect. All the staff were lovely, helpful and efficient. We had some lovely meals and the cocktails were delicious. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing holiday in Kos.

This complex is amazing! We upgraded to a junior suite with a sea view, not a lot more and the best decision we've ever made. The room and bathroom were huge! Gold fittings in the bathroom and the room was gorgeous. We had a large terrace overlooking 2 lovely pools with an amazing 180deg sea view too! As you exit the room, there is another lovely pool 2m away! All have loungers the size of single beds!! The reception staff couldn't do enough for us, special mention to Irene, the taller one, as there are 2! 😂 It was my girlfriend's birthday when we were there, Irene organised a bottle of proscecco and a big chocolate cake, both delivered to our room, at the requested time! Wow! Our maid Migena was so lovely too, always friendly with a huge smile! ( give this girl promotion! ) The mini bar gets stocked every day, free of charge! The guys who do this are also so nice. The main bar is great with comfy couches and friendly staff, as is the bar at the suite section and the staff there are brilliant too. The main restaurant is great, staff all amazing, large selection of lovely fresh food. There is a large section outside, where you can eat while you look over the sea to the islands! The beach is great too, with many loungers, all free! Do yourself a favour, just book this, remembering to upgrade to a junior suite with sea view.... thank me later! 😉

From the moment we arrived at Mitsis Summer Palace, we were greeted with the highest level of respect and hospitality. The reception team were all so welcoming, ensuring our check-in was smooth and all our requests were handled quickly and with care. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade — a wonderful surprise that set the tone for our entire stay. We spent most of our evenings dining at the Med restaurant, where we worked our way through most of the menu and loved every dish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured our glasses were never empty. A special thank you to Adam, our pool waiter, whose constant smile and outstanding service truly made our holiday unforgettable. He genuinely left a lasting impression on us. We’d also like to thank Alex, who brightened our mornings and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay. The hotel itself is stunning — even more beautiful than the pictures online. Without a doubt, when we return to Kos, we will be booking again at Mitsis Summer Palace. We've just returned from a week at Mitsis Summer Palace and honestly, we didnt want to leave! From start to finish, everything was just perfect the kind of holiday you dream about when you're stuck at work on a rainy day in England! A huge shout out to Ermal at the Med his pizzaa were divine and he was always so cheerful and friendly. The reception team and the lovely people at guest relations were absolutely stars, so helpful with everything we needed and always with smile!! Nothing was too much trouble, and that kind of warmth makes all the difference!! Housekeeping was brilliant the room was spotless every day and the whole hotel literally sparkled. You could tell how much pride they take in their work. And we have to mention the amazing team at the main bar Arthur, Anne, and Katrina!! Not only did they make the best cocktails, but they were also so fun and full of energy. Always smiling, always up for chat they really mafe our evenings. All in all, this place has everything: stunning views, fantastic food, and the kindest, most hardworking staff. Thank you all for making our holiday unforgettable!! We'll definitely be back!!
