Beautiful dinner made even more special by Anduela who was amazing all night! We booked a reservation last minute and she made the evening so special for me and my girlfriend. She even didn’t want us to mention her in the review and to just mention the restaurant, just shows how humble and amazing she is! Thank you x

Our room was beautiful, mini bar topped up everyday and lovely and clean. Our floor was so dirty tho our feet were black trying to get into bed after walked around the room. The main restaurant was the worst thing we have ever encountered, at first we got seated, given no menus for 30 minutes and as it was our first day we had no idea what was happening. Once all sorted out the food came, and all I can describe is jellified slabs of food. One evening, my partners food didn’t even arrive to him but because it was so disgusting we didn’t even bother waiting around for it, we rather didn’t eat! We started to book the other restaurants and it got slightly better! Bbq restaurant was amazing! The med resturaunt was good however took 2 hours to get served a pizza! But over was good. Bar staff quite unfriendly in certain bars. The pool is absolutely freezing as its sea water and even though there are signs to not reserve sunbeds, all sunbeds were reserved by 8am. A stunning hotel in some parts but the main building is so outdated it doesn’t feel part of the same place. We actually started looking at flights home after our first night as we couldn’t believe the state of the food! We are glad we stayed but we had to keep going to shop to get snacks as we knew some nights we would be very hungry! Would not return to this hotel but glad we stayed in the end.

me and my partner leave tomorrow and i’m gutted to leave to say the least. The staff here honestly incredible specifically dimitri and alexis they work in the med and their amazing great personality’s and they made every dinning experience rememberable! the cleaners aswell are wonderful and do a better job than a lot of cleaners. there customer service is honestly amazing. This holiday was worth every pennie and i couldn’t have wished for any more! thank you so much for an amazing stay i will be back specially for the food i’ve never had a pizza so good!!!

We recently stayed at this hotel expecting a genuine 5* experience, but unfortunately it fell far short of that standard. On arrival, the lobby and lounge areas already felt very dated. As we arrived late, we briefly checked the 24-hour all-inclusive food offering, which consisted of a very limited salad selection and two pots of stew-like food that looked as though they had been sitting there for hours. When we entered our room, the issues immediately started: * The welcome folder contained nothing except an empty envelope and was covered in dirt. * There was a “welcome gift” setup with glasses and a sign, but the actual gift items were missing. * One bedside lamp didn’t work, while the other was filthy. * The desk chair collapsed when pulled out. * The bathroom mirrors were hanging crooked, with one only attached by a single fixing. * The TV remote didn’t work because the batteries had been inserted incorrectly. As it was around 1am by this point, we just wanted to sleep, but the poor attention to detail was already obvious. Breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. The food was lukewarm at best, the selection was poor, and outside there were birds fighting over leftovers on uncleared tables. Additional issues throughout the stay included: * No irons available in rooms or on request – only paid pressing services. * No pens in the room to complete laundry forms. * Neither the room phone nor bathroom phone worked. * The toilet constantly flushed unless repeatedly pressed. * Toilet seat was loose. * Staff refused to provide menus for the main restaurant unless seated first, and even then only provided one worn-out menu per table. * Food in the “buffet” restaurant although a la carte was clearly pre-cooked and often served lukewarm within minutes of ordering. * Staff attempted to serve mains as we had only just started on starters and, when asked to wait, simply dumped plates on the table. * Ordering non-alcoholic drinks was unnecessarily difficult. * Proper orange juice was only available at breakfast; later in the day you were served orange cordial instead. * Poolside waiter service buttons were pointless as nobody responded. * Toilet doors at Fresco Bar could not be locked because the keys had been removed. * Every à la carte booking we made had “disappeared” when we arrived, requiring us to show confirmation emails each time. * Resident photographers repeatedly interrupted meals to take photos of guests, which became very frustrating. The phone issue alone took multiple maintenance visits and still wasn’t properly fixed, eventually leaving exposed wires hanging from the wall. To make matters worse, I had arranged a birthday cake and prosecco for my partner’s 30th birthday, which was confirmed to be delivered by midday. By 5.30pm it still hadn't arrived as we departed for a meal out and was only there when we returned at 10:30pm that night. When we raised some of these concerns with staff, we were met with the comment: “I hope you are not looking to get a free upgrade from this.” That response completely summed up the attitude we experienced throughout the stay. We were simply expecting the 5* experience we had paid for. The biggest disappointment is that the hotel does have potential. The communal pool and relaxation areas were modern, clean, and well maintained. Had the rooms and service matched those standards, this could have been a very different review. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not return to this hotel or another Mitsis property. In our opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 5* rating, and there are far better options available for the money.
