Be Careful while room booking.

I booked through Agoda . I was shocked to see the room I booked vs the room they provided to me . The lady staff on duty was quite cooperative and was trying to give me right room but, the other fellow guy was more interested to charge me extra for the same room I booked on Agoda. Ultimately I have to be settled in lower category room which was NOT booked by me. Very bad experience.
