Disappointed . Disappointed but not entirely. This hotel has great potential however there are issues that need to be addressed. We have just returned following a two week holiday, our allocated room was not suitable ie the bathroom very small with a shower over the bath and a trip hazard step out of the bathroom. I have slight but significant mobility problem so I requested a move to a more suitable room. I was offered a room with a walk in shower and a “sea view” (partial) which included the back yards of two other properties. This came with a substantial additional cost which I reluctantly accepted. It was a small room with limited storage space for two adults for two weeks. The walk in shower had a totally inadequate shower curtain so after showering the bathroom floor flooded, not good at all or what we had hoped for. However, the room was cleaned daily clean towels provided every day, bed linen changed frequently so no complaints there. Breakfast and evening meals offered a good selection mostly served warm not hot. The restaurant staff are amazing well trained, courteous, friendly and always with a smile, cannot recall all their names but special mention to Efi, Myra, Jake, and Stella. All cleaning ladies, maids, and staff you are all the strength of this hotel you make your guests feel special. Sunbeds and lack of them have previosly been mentioned, but also to add there is no poolside shower available, even though you are requested to shower., The location of this hotel is perfect in so many ways, please management bring this charming but outdated hotel up to 2025 four star standards it deserves it! For future guests thinking of booking this hotel I would say if you do have even small mobility problems please make sure you know exactly what you will be getting.
