Very nice vibes throughout the hotel. The food and drinks are quite nice. Especially appreciate Nata help. He knew I was a bit unwell and sent some lemon ginger tea and fruits to my room. Very sweet of him

Very good location if u want to walk to restaurants, seminyak square. It doesn’t have direct access to the beach tho. A bit run down for 5 star hotel and some areas of the resort has a faint smell of open sewer but the staff attitude and friendliness is excellent. Details like your names are remembered , they surprised us with a birthday cake in the room. So thoughtful.! There is a very good selection at breakfast. We booked a tour to Ubud and our tour guide Angga was great! He was knowledgeable abt the historical aspects of the sites we visited and when it rained, recommended other activities equally interesting.not to mention he is also 1 of the resorts yoga coach, boxing coach and teaches batik painting activities in the resort! There is also good spa here too which was really why I chose this place initially . Will definitely consider coming back next time I m in the area,

Everyone is extremely nice! The room is very spacious and clean. There are three pools one of which is (close to) an adults only. It’s a calm place within the chaos. They allowed me a late checkout. Erika at the restaurant was super helpful, accommodating my gluten-free whims. So was Lora who welcomed me. Thank you, all! P.S. the yoga is not a flow. It’s stretching and breathing only - not my cup of tea.

Annoying music with bass thumping

Not 5 star by any means. Staff lovely as everywhere in Bali. Room never cleaned until after 3 , sometimes 5 pm. Towels and bathmats hit and miss but that horrible horrible music thumping thru your body everyday, despite asking for bass to be turned down on a couple of occasions really spoiled the lovely balcony bed for me

We had a great experience here. It’s along a main road in seminyak with tons to do around it! The staff was extremely helpful. Nata went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. He even helped us get a breakfast to go on our last day because we had to leave before breakfast officially started. We really enjoyed our stay here
