My wife and I had the best time at Montigo Resorts. The hotel was fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the restaurant was Devine and the relaxed nature of the place, whilst also being professional was lovely. Finally, the massage spa here is 5 star. Best we have been to in Bali and reasonably priced. It was our first time to Montigo and we would definitely return.

We 👬🏽 had an exquisite experience. It all began last year when we booked a 12‑night stay over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule — and the reservations team handled the transition seamlessly, moving our booking to May this year. From that moment, we knew this stay was going to be special. Arriving on 1 May 2026, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Seeing the resort in person was even more delightful than the countless times we’d watched YouTube videos of it over the past 12 months. The reception area, two restaurants, and one of the three pools are located at the front of the resort. Beyond that, lush green settings unfold — a sight best appreciated in person (though the YouTube posts give a great preview). We were allocated Room 2506, on the 5th floor of the main accommodation building. Premier and Deluxe rooms here overlook the main pool and, beyond it, the garden terraces. At the rear of the resort, suites offer a more secluded experience, alongside a third pool and the wellness day spa — truly first‑class. As a physical therapist, I’ve experienced many spas, and Montigo’s ranks among the very best. We learned that the Premier/Deluxe rooms were built about 10 years ago, while the garden terraces date back to the original resort before Montigo acquired the property. Our room was generously sized, with a king bed, ensuite, and balcony — spotless, well‑presented, and maintained with meticulous housekeeping. Bottled water was replenished daily, and staff were always accommodating. Every team member — from reception, restaurants, bar, pool, housekeeping, engineering, and spa — went above and beyond. Their pride in their work and impressive ethic shone through at every interaction. And this is why we’ve already booked our next 12‑night stay in 2027. We’ve enjoyed other resorts over the years, but Montigo stands out as exceptional. When I say “above & beyond,” I mean it with the utmost respect. The staff here embody dedication and hospitality at its finest. We cannot wait to return in 2027!

Lovely resort with excellent staff

Excellent in every aspect Very friendly and efficient staff, genuinely interested in you as a customer and always enthusiastic and helpful. The complex is well maintained and very attractive and everything works. Great pools and plenty of sun beds and areas to relax, restaurant and breakfast areas lovely and excellent food and bar drinks service.. prices and quality competitive with other top venues. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, well equipped with powerful aircon. The resort is positioned off a small but busy road, however it’s not bothered by noise etc. plenty of activity and shops restaurants a short walk away, the main square and village centre is a 10 min walk, or the resort staff will transport you there on request .. a nice clean beach with sun beds is located not far from the flea market and square etc.
