Great beach! Food is decent. This is a good place to go if you want to relax and enjoy the ocean. Great staff, especially Rashaunn, ask for him if your by the pool or beach. He will make sure to take care of you and family. Also Allwayne bartender, he makes perfect drinks.

We just got back from our second year at Moon Palace Jamaica, and it didn’t disappoint! The beaches are gorgeous and we spent hours each day in the pools—there are plenty of them, and they’re perfect for relaxing or playing with kids. The food overall is just okay (definitely not the highlight), but the pastries and desserts are excellent. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll be happy. What really stands out is the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel like family—always warm, helpful, and great with kids. The whole resort is incredibly clean, and the grounds are truly beautiful. You can walk anywhere in just a couple of minutes, which is great because there’s so much to do, especially for young kids (ours are 6 and 9). Some of our highlights: the kids karaoke night was a blast, the Jamaican beach party was super fun, and Dolphin Cove was even cooler than expected. Tubing was more of an adventure than a float—it’s fast and bumpy, so don’t expect to nap. We also went sailing twice, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the water slide. We snorkeled right off the beach, which was awesome, but bring your own snorkels from home because they don’t offer them at the resort. Aqua socks were also a game-changer for rocky areas in the water. A few tips: No bug spray needed—somehow there just aren’t mosquitoes, which is amazing. Bring a sound machine—hallway noise carries, but with the machine on we slept great every night. Rash guards are a must for the kids—Jamaican sun is no joke. If you plan to explore off-resort, ask for Richie as your driver. He’s fantastic, trustworthy, and does private transport. We went into town a few times (it’s only a few minutes away) and felt totally safe. Great shopping and local food there, too. On the downside, the elevators can be frustratingly slow, especially during peak times. That said, everything is close by, and we often just took the stairs. Also, if you're a serious foodie, this might not be your dream resort—the food is definitely the area with the most room to grow. But it hasn’t stopped us from coming back. All in all, Moon Palace is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service and tons to do. Our kids were never bored, we felt relaxed and taken care of, and we’re already talking about coming back again.

The beds are really comfortable. I met Natanya from entertainment upon arriving and she was very welcoming. The gaming area is very fun and lively. The drinks and food were also perfect. The whole staffing was very helpful too. Oshane from swim up bar was a fast server

The Moon palace experience was a great experience. I had loads of fun and a great experiences.The food I choose to have very good! Orlando from sundeck was very professional Sahir from wired was very helpful. Paris and Natanya from Entertainment was very kind and professional... I would like to recommend that a mixer of music be included in the dancing sessions for entertainment.
