We have a family trip back in June25 with parents and children - a big group. We stayed there for 3 days, it was lovely during the 3 days - staff is friendly and place is good for kids. But at checkout, we found that they double billed us for a meal worth 150 dollar. My husband signed on room bill, but then we decided to pay on credit cards, so we told the staff to cancel the room charge. All was well on the day, but on checkout, they insisted on charging us saying we have not paid for the meal. On good faith that this is a reputable resort , and also transit etc with a big group in a hurry, I said charge and refund us as i understood that it takes them time to check bills etc, and I wrote on the checkout bill that I will dispute this charge. Then when Im back I sent all my receipts on email, and I had one follow up email to ask me send docs again. And now it is end of July, I have not heard back. So a word of caution, please be careful with paying on credit cards while staying in hotel, and receive bills. It can get tricky..
