Incredible staff

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Mykonos Grand Hotel and Resort. We stayed for 7 nights, travelling as a family of 4, including two young children. We stay at many nice hotels, but the staff here were a level above what we typically experience. They made it feel very personal and special. Our youngest daughter was ill, and the staff called a doctor and twice went to the pharmacy for us. Too many amazing staff to name them all, but particular thanks to Stavroula, Eleni, Mara and Themis. We stayed in room 213, which had two separate rooms that worked well for 4 of us. Our balcony was very large with a lovely view. The steam room in the shower was a nice addition. The toiletries and products are all good quality. The large pool is nice for children. The beach was nice too. Staff at the pool and beach are great. We were well looked after. There are a couple of restaurants a short walk along the beach if you want to try somewhere else to eat. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent - a mix of a la carte and buffet. The hotel is just a ten minute drive from the airport. We also used the free shuttle bus to and from town in the evenings, although dinner at the hotel is good. The children’s menu for lunch and dinner works well. The gym is well- equipped. We felt like the website undersold how nice the hotel is, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended and we would love to come back. Thanks again to the lovely staff.

Five star service from top to bottom! The nicest hotel I e ever had the pleasure of staying in! Beautiful views, the friendliest staff, fantastic amenities, delicious food, and a breathtaking pool and beach! Would stay here again and again!!

Unmatched hospitality in paradise!

I'm not waiting until we get home to write this review! My husband and I travel internationally a couple of times each year and for at least two weeks per trip, usually more. I can honestly say that we've never experienced customer service and hospitality at this incredible level. Seriously! I wish I could have scored this resort and the staff higher than the TripAdvisor scale allows. The setting, the service, the food...all over the top. We don't go back to past vacation spots but we would definitely come back here! Maria and everyone else we've met - well done!

A Relaxing Family Getaway with Friendly Staff and Gorgeous Views

We had a lovely stay at Mykonos Spa Resort. The location is excellent and the service was just as impressive – the staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The resort grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, with clean, cozy bedding and good overall cleanliness. The private pool by our room was crystal clear, though it was a bit too cold for a swim in April. The main pool was unfortunately a little green during our visit, which was just a few days after the resort reopened for the season. While our daughter did swim, I was a bit concerned as it wasn’t clear if the green tinge was due to algae. It might have been better to wait until the pool was fully treated before opening it to guests. That aside, the food at sunset was a real highlight – beautifully presented and delicious.buffet breakfast was good. Overall, a great experience with just one area for improvement.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. The room itself was far from what I expected — it was outdated, poorly cleaned, and smelled musty. The air conditioning barely worked, and the bathroom had mold in the corners

Dazzling whitewashed, cube-shaped buildings and cobbled paths set against the backdrop of a deep blue sea and sky, Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort has a superb beachfront location barely 3 miles from Mykonos town. Opposite is the sacred island of Delos, the birthplace of Apollo. Scattered across an extensive 5 acres to provide space and privacy, the 96 generously-sized rooms and suites are decorated in bright white with splashes of blue, some with private pools. Furniture and decorative lighting is elegant and streamlined, recalling mid-twentieth century styling. This restful enclave has a pampering spa which offers a variety of natural treatments based on traditional Greek techniques, a 500sqm swimming pool and a spectacular outdoor amphitheater for exercise classes. The hotel’s Nama Restaurant is roomy, allowing for the generous spacing of tables inside and extensive al fresco dining and offers, breath taking views across the Aegean Sea. There is also a Wine Cellar with a wide range of excellent Greek and international wines. Other resort’s facilities include tennis and a Technogym fitness center.
