An exceptional hotel and professional staff. Quality of service provided on the highest side and always the staff ready to cover your needs without giving you the sense that they offer it only because it is their duty . If someone complaints regarding the prices at Mykonos, before proceeds with such action, better to visit other 5 star hotels abroad in order to be able and compare the service provided at Riviera with the service provided abroad. Special to mention Konstantinos , front office Manager and his team.

Fantastic luxurious hotel

An amazing place with the most friendliest staff. Big shout out to Spiros and the team too. There to celebrate a birthday of one of our party and she wants to go back. Spotless and despite not seeing much of the Houseekeeping Fairies we knew they were always around. Fab food at both the pool bar and restaurant, don't get me started on the Praline Sphere or the size of the Tiramasu for one- already missing my avocado and poached eggs too. Although the hotel offered a shuttle service, the Sea Bus was just across the road so options were great. Fascinating to watch all activity with ferries and cruise boats from the comfort of our sunbeds. Thank you all for making our first visit to Mykonos so memorable.

The property is luxurious, impeccably maintained, extremely clean facilities and rooms. Beautiful views overlooking the Marina port. The staff could not be any nicer or any more helpful. Highly recommend this property not only because of the gorgeous property, but mostly because of the staff.

Great location near to the new port. And they have free shuttle to the old town or beach for certain times every day. Great view, nice swimming pool with sea water and superb staff. Breakfast is good too, if we could ask maybe they could add more options for vegans, but we stayed in Sep and not sure if it was because not the highest seasons or it was general menu.
