Tried to email them 3 times as returning guests ,before we arrived for Airport pick up and a specific chalet all ignored !! Rude very dismissive welcome .The front of house reception staff should ALL be replaced . I complained 4 times that the shower was either freezing cold or dangerously hot and although they said someone had looked at it ,had freezing showers for 5nights. totally unacceptable !!! The food at breakfast and the boss bar are very good and the new F&B manager is a great improvement . The service here is very good . The pool is one of the best you will find , but the decaying broken sunbeds and some umbrellas need replacing ; the pool bar and the faded lifejackets hanging around the outside look dreadful. All need sprucing up . The guest experience is not as it should be , and on checking out they did their usual checking of the room and after 20minutes they never bothered to come back and say everything was in order , unbelievable to say the least . I would clear out the Manageress , and front of house staff and replace with some of the waitresses who are much more courteous , welcoming and warm . This establishment has a lot of returning elderly guests and has become very complacent . The owners need to look and see what is out there as modern guests have easy access to a crowded market .
