A slice of heaven

The staff were absolutely amazing at Naj, particularly Karina, Sammy and Adrian. They were some of the nicest staff we’ve come across and went out their way to make us feel special. The pool is lovely, albeit small but does the job and the food in the restaurant for breakfast/lunch is great. We’d come back to Naj in a heartbeat!

LAPTOP STOLEN HERE. Hotel staff did nothing about it!

DO NOT TO STAY HERE. My laptop was stolen from my backpack during the hour it was in their luggage room before check-in. We requested surveillance footage but conveniently for them, there are no cameras in the luggage room. They refused to email us the footage from outside of the luggage room, not that it would have helped because surely they know how to be discreet about exiting with a stolen item. We then asked to speak to a manager about a refund AT THE VERY LEAST as we left 3 nights early because of this but of course, the employees at the front refused to give us their name, direct number or contact info!! I’m so disappointed that this happened and I hope that if anyone does decide to stay at this criminal establishment anyway, they keep an eye on their stuff at all times.
