Natai Beach Resort

The hotel is quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. However, during my stay, a tree from the hotel’s property fell onto my car and caused damage. While the staff were initially helpful and assured me they would take care of the matter, the hotel later offered to cover only part of the cost. I was quite disappointed, as the incident occurred within the hotel’s premises and should be under their responsibility. I sincerely hope the management will review this issue and take steps to improve safety and guest care in the future. รีวิวการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนาใต้ บีช รีสอร์ท วันที่ 20–21 กันยายน 2025 มีเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจ และมีความเสียหายด้านทรัพย์สินเกิดขึ้นกับเราค่ะ วันที่เช็กเอาท์ ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่ารถที่เราจอดไว้ในลานจอด (ซึ่งอยู่ในพื้นที่ของโรงแรมและมีป้ายบอกชัดเจน) ถูกผลของต้นไม้ของทางโรงแรมร่วงใส่กระจกหน้ารถจนเสียหาย ตอนนั้นตกใจมาก แต่เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าจะช่วยดูแลและประสานงานกับบริษัทรถเช่าให้ ก็รู้สึกดีในตอนแรกค่ะ แต่กลับปัจจุบัน ตั้งแต่เกิดเหตุ 21.10.2025 - 10.10.2025 ทางเรายังไม่ได้ข้อสรุปของเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นและบริษัทรถก็ยังไม่จ่ายมัดจำให้เพราะเรื่องยังไม่สินสุดต้องรอข้อสรุปจากโรงแรม เราเองก็เสียเวลา เสียโอกาส และเสียความรู้สึกมากกับเรื่องนี้ เข้าใจว่าเหตุไม่คาดคิดเกิดขึ้นได้ แต่สิ่งที่คาดหวังคือการรับผิดชอบและการดูแลลูกค้าอย่างจริงใจ ซึ่งในกรณีนี้รู้สึกผิดหวังค่ะ

The Natai Beach Resort offers a unique opportunity for visitors to make the most of a visit to south-western Thailand. The resort is ideal for travellers seeking a quiet and peaceful experience, far from the noise and excitement of many of the locations in this part of Thailand. However, this isn't a suitable destination for people hoping to enjoy nightlife activities. Natai Beach is located on the shores of the Andaman Sea just north of the island of Phuket. The beach offers clear water and a clean sand in front of the resort. Great location if you just want to relax at the beach or the pool it’s not a massive resort but it is extremely well maintained and the gardens are beautiful just like the staff , that’s all the staff from Gardeners to restaurant attendants. The service is extremely good and they want to help and please you. The staff that stood out for us was Jeena the Supervisor Manager and Pat & Joshua at reception, thsnk you Guys you were extremely helpful with everything we needed. Even though it’s away from the busy part you can get to most attractions very easily.

This is that secret tropical paradise that you’ve been trying to find. No crowds, no hawkers, no flys. Just beautiful, peaceful, tropical beach only 25 minutes from Phuket Airport. Unfortunately for restaurant there is a far better for one at half the price.
