Nautibeach Condos

Nautibeach Condominiums is a hidden gem on a beautiful island, offering a peaceful beach shared with the Mayan Beach Club. The charming, small-scale complex has a relaxed, homey feel—it’s not a sleek resort, but a collection of individually owned units, adding to its welcoming atmosphere. Plus, it’s conveniently within walking distance of town, with shops, restaurants, and the ferry. Guests enjoy plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and, if you book through the site managing 24 units, the convenience of on-site management providing daily housekeeping and fresh beach towels. Other units, available at varying rates, are rented by individual owners with off-site management and different service arrangements, including towel availability. Since rentals are divided into different pools with separate websites, it can be confusing at first, so I wanted to highlight it. We booked through the on-site management company, while first-floor units are only available through independent owners. Reservations for the 24 managed units are “run of the house,” meaning specific unit numbers aren’t guaranteed, but the promised number of beds and a great view are. We loved the second-floor unit assigned to us! With beachfront dining and a laid-back vibe, Nautibeach is the perfect island escape for singles and families alike. Cannot wait to return! A quick note: Please tip your waitstaff and beach attendants, and help keep the area beautiful by throwing away your trash when you’re done for the day. I made a habit of picking up litter and helping staff organize furniture—it’s a small way to show gratitude for such an incredible place.

Another great stay in condo #33 Nauti Beach . We love everything about Isla and staying at condo#33. Best location on the Island. Right on the beach with nice pool/swim up bar and Mayan restaurant. Everyone there is very nice and have become our friends over the years. Javi at the front gate /Hose at the beach/Gaston on the beach everyone is so accomodating.

Rude staff, poor customer service. Lacks courtesy and hospitality, in both the attitude of the staff, and the spirit of the property’s rules. I visited my father in-law, and his family (4 adults, one child) who were guests at nautibeach condos. The family was spending the afternoon on the beach and invited me (daughter in-law) to join them. I arrived at the end of the day, after 4pm, and as there were many empty chairs I began to sit next to my mother in-law. We were immediately charged by a staff member and told that it was necessary for me to buy a wristband to sit in the chairs. When inquired further, wishing to purchase said wristband, I was told rather brusquely, “you have to go to the desk.“ At the desk we were told, because I was not a guest of the hotel, it was impossible to purchase a wristband. The receptionist showed us a contract and underlined a line in the contract, and told us if i wanted to visit with my family that I would have to sit on the ground. I was not allowed to sit in any of the many empty beach chairs while visiting the family. I was made to sit on the sand while visiting with my family for around an hour. I was happy to pay but was told that it wasn’t possible to purchase access and that I must sit on the ground. The attendant watched us like a hawk for the 1h30 visit. I have been coming to isla mujeres for 15yrs, and have never encountered this before. I’m staying with my grandmother who has been a resident of isla mujeres for 35 years. She has referred many tourists to nautibeach in the past, however she will no longer be doing so.

Booked unit #5 with Katy Hochmayr. She answered all our questions, including recommended restaurants. Condo is very well situated, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. This 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio was great for 4 people, with views to the pool and ocean. The kitchen was well equipped with all amenities. The concierge took care of us for a golf cart rental as well as calling a taxi. The beach was one of the best beaches we have ever been too, with soft sand and warm, clear water and gentle waves. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is very dated. The living room furniture was dated tiny outdoor furniture. My husband could barely even fit on the couch when sitting. We were a family of five staying in a two bedroom condo and they constantly gave us a hard time about wanting five clean towels per day. They only wanted to provide four. The shower was falling apart and had cracks in the walls. The location is great. We stayed at Hotel Secerto last year and it was amazing.
