We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and it was MAGICAL. The hotel made such elaborate arrangements to make our special day memorable- flowers, cake, champagne, decorated room, and amazing service.We would sincerely like to thank the entire team of Nefeles Suites, specially Tara, Anthony and Panos. Best decision to stay at the this property for our celebration. Thank you guys!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nefeles. .Both of the concierges, Panos and Angel, were amazing!! They were super friendly and helpful. Accommodating all of our needs and expectations. . Our room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were also very friendly. We were vey happy and glad we chose that hotel.

NOT KID FRIENDLY, and a hassle to book through Chase.

Despite chase allowing us to book this for an infant, it is NOT INFANT FRIENDLY! It’s very not kid safe and I wouldn’t book for our elderly parents due to the large number of steps and short doorways. We didn’t have a crib or a baby gate so barricaded the steps with furniture. Also booking through chase was a hassle, we paid extra for a flexible stay but they did not let us cancel it when we had an emergency come up. Plus the whole not transmitting the 3 adults one toddler thing. We were told wed get a credit back for the day we’re not staying by Chase, we’ll see as the property seemed to have No Idea we were leaving early. Our laundry was supposed to be done a day before and was a day late so we were late packing our items and didn’t get to the airport the two hours early, and eventually missed our flight (a combo of unfortunate events). The staff here are very friendly except when flustered which I get (the flight time mixup meant we really needed to go at the time wed requested). The breakfast was yummy and convenient. The little pool is cute.

If we could give it more stars I would, the best trip ever! Antonis and his staff was so attentive to everything really making our stay special. To top things off they decorated our room for my partner as it was her birthday. Decorated the room with Rose Petals and a customised birthday cake. The room was amazing and matched every photo as advertised with the private pool and Jacuzzi and the views were immaculate. Breakfast was incredible we got to choose from a variety of stuff. We are going to miss Antonis and his crew at Nefeles but we will be sure to come back Next Year if we can! 10 Star experience.

Luxury experience, great location and great views

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom villa (unit 5) and was upgraded to another 2 bedroom villa (unit 4) for the last night. Both have stunning views of the caldera and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Antonis is THE BEST hotel manger. He made our stay very special and comfortable.
