The best hotel we stayed at in Europe!

We booked the Senior suite in Nefeles for our honeymoon for 5 days in Santorini, Nefeles was our absolute favourite stop and arguably one of the best hotels we have booked, everyone was so lovely & accommodating, we were treated with genuine care and respect, and the views were of course, absolutely stunning. The room itself was super clean & tidy, with a modern spin on the typical Santorini white cave look and the breakfast we received every day was always so delicious. I could honestly go on for days about how good our stay was. Definitely exceeded our expectations in every way and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team at Nefeles for making our stay one of the best we have had in Europe. - Patrichia

Breathtaking Views!

Staying at Nefeles Luxury Suites was truly a dream come true. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a movie scene — the views of the caldera were absolutely breathtaking. Every room offered a panoramic view that made it hard to believe we were really there. It was pure magic. The concierge staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel taken care of. A special thank you to Angel, who was always eager to help with anything we needed. She regularly checked in on us throughout our stay, and one day when we urgently needed a taxi for a scheduled activity, she helped us find one last-minute without missing a beat. We also want to give a huge shout out to Fatione, who went above and beyond by carrying our very large suitcases up and down all those stairs — in 90-degree heat, no less. We were so grateful for his help and effort! This hotel, with its stunning location and wonderful staff, made our stay in Santorini unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nefeles. .Both of the concierges, Panos and Angel, were amazing!! They were super friendly and helpful. Accommodating all of our needs and expectations. . Our room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were also very friendly. We were vey happy and glad we chose that hotel.

NOT KID FRIENDLY, and a hassle to book through Chase.

Despite chase allowing us to book this for an infant, it is NOT INFANT FRIENDLY! It’s very not kid safe and I wouldn’t book for our elderly parents due to the large number of steps and short doorways. We didn’t have a crib or a baby gate so barricaded the steps with furniture. Also booking through chase was a hassle, we paid extra for a flexible stay but they did not let us cancel it when we had an emergency come up. Plus the whole not transmitting the 3 adults one toddler thing. We were told wed get a credit back for the day we’re not staying by Chase, we’ll see as the property seemed to have No Idea we were leaving early. Our laundry was supposed to be done a day before and was a day late so we were late packing our items and didn’t get to the airport the two hours early, and eventually missed our flight (a combo of unfortunate events). The staff here are very friendly except when flustered which I get (the flight time mixup meant we really needed to go at the time wed requested). The breakfast was yummy and convenient. The little pool is cute.
