Our stay at NH Boat Lagoon was generally pleasant, but there are a few areas that definitely need improvement. The buggy service requires better coordination. During most of our stay, we were told to wait for the buggy, but it often did not arrive. On a few occasions, the buggy was already parked at the lobby, yet the driver was not around, which caused unnecessary waiting. Secondly, the front desk should be more attentive when allocating rooms, especially considering the age of guests. We were given a room in a building without lift access, which became quite inconvenient and was a major drawback. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had minor issues with the TV and shower, but the staff attended to it promptly and repaired the problems on the spot, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was decent, but improvements in buggy service efficiency and room allocation consideration would make the experience much better.
