North Santorini A Luxury Spa Hotel

Absolutely phenomenal establishment. From the suite we stayed in, to the communal and eating areas, to the spa area. The design and build of this place is incredible, it maximises view points, as well as sun rises and sunsets. It’s modern, simple and everything is well made. The restaurant is lovely. The food superb. The staff are fantastic, incredibly hospitable, respectful and professional. A real pleasure that made a lot of difference to us. I cannot recommend these people enough. This place isn’t cheap to stay (there may be offers if booked earlier, we booked only 3 months prior to coming), but it is worth every penny. It impressed us so much we have vowed to return next year. The atmosphere fits both romantic couple visits, as well as family trips. We are very happy with our choice to stay here for our first visit to Santorini. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We just returned from a week at North Santorini and it was incredible. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, no request was too much to ask The hotel was gorgeous, super modern, clean and quiet, perfect for being away from the hustle and bustle of Fira or Oia but close enough to get there in a taxi. A taxi to Fira was €20 and to Oia was €45. We booked the panoramic suite with a hot tub, which also had a lovely area to sunbathe. Housekeeping were great, by the time we gone down to breakfast our room had already been cleaned, if we ever needed any debris removing from our hot tub housekeeping were more than happy to do this. All of the staff on the front desk were fantastic, from giving us a tour of the hotel when we checked in, mapping out all of the best spots on the island, booking restaurant reservations for us to ordering taxis, nothing was ever too much to ask. The use of WhatsApp to contact reception was great All of the restaurant staff were amazing, the breakfast staff were so attentive and polite, offering us many options and happy to make alternatives that weren’t listed on the menu. We also had lunch a couple of days which was also amazing, all the food tasted so fresh and was delicious! We dined at the Akau Restaurant at the infinity pool table one night, this was €100pp minimum spend and the food was incredible, we had our own personal waiter attending to us who was so friendly and they were more than happy to take any pictures for us, provide recommendations (the churros for dessert are a must!), and get us anything we needed, and the pictures of the views speak for themselves. The staff ensure that the area is kept completely private for you to enjoy as a couple, and none of the other tables in that are are occupied. The waiters were more than happy to take pictures for us, and were super friendly Overall, was an amazing experience where we would definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat! Amazing stay at North Santorini Luxury Hotel! Our Deluxe Room with private pool was modern, spotless, and had stunning views—every sunset was unforgettable. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes to anywhere on the island. The Restaurant/Bar served the best food and cocktails. Huge thanks to Georgia and Thomas at the front desk for their warm welcome and great local tips, and to Umza in Food Service for looking after us so well. Breakfast was great to wake up to. Highly recommend!

Arguably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in—where do we even begin? Perched at the highest point in Santorini, the panoramic sunset views are nothing short of breathtaking. Our suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a private heated infinity pool that overlooked the island—an unforgettable experience. This hotel is a 10/10 for anyone who values privacy, understated luxury, and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. It genuinely feels like something out of a Bond film. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Thomas and Georgia were absolutely delightful—Thomas, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was flawless. From thoughtful gestures to seamless coordination, he made sure every single part of our experience was truly 10/10. The 24-hour concierge service was another standout feature. Whether it was a simple request like a bottle of water or arranging a surprise room setup while we were out to dinner, nothing was ever too much. The spa experience was also incredible—fully private, so when you book, you have the entire space to yourself. It adds another level of exclusivity to an already luxurious setting. If you appreciate quiet luxury, personalised service, and a more intimate atmosphere, this hotel is simply unmatched. With a small guest count, everything feels curated and truly special. An amazing place in every sense—we couldn’t recommend it more.

The rooms are spacious and clean, very comfy beds, the views are awesome, the amenities are lovely, but what really makes this place are its people - from front desk staff to bar staff to housekeeping staff, every single person made us feel special and loved.
