Great location, and the rooftop and the pool is a plus The noise of the METRO nearby is a real issue. Most of staff members could be more friendly and efficient. Control the curtains in the executive rooms requires an Engineering Degree...

I have been in this hotel a couple of times and it is always consistently clean and with perfect services for the all needs. Very conveniently located although not on the beach.

Meeting Victor was truly one of the highlights of my stay at Novotel. He’s not just a bartender; he’s a light. His energy is calm, uplifting, and inspiring in a way that stays with you long after the drink is gone. Every conversation with him felt genuine, like he was completely present in the moment. Victor has a gift! not just for making great cocktails, (cucumber basil Cocktail) but for making people feel seen and better than they were before they sat down. He brings joy to the space effortlessly, and it’s clear he loves what he does. I feel so grateful to have crossed paths with someone so passionate about what he does, wise, and kind. Thank you, Victor, for being a beautiful reminder of how meaningful human connection can be! even over a bar counter.
