I had a great stay at Novotel Miami Brickell and would definitely recommend it, especially for the value for money. The service really stood out—big thanks to the receptionist who checked me in, who was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for the whole stay. At breakfast, Milagros and Bella were amazing—friendly, attentive, and made every morning a pleasure. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While the gym is a bit on the smaller side, it wasn’t an issue at all since it’s still well-equipped for a good workout. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service and great comfort at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel Novotel in Miami. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and everything fresh and beautifully prepared. What truly made our experience stand out was the excellent service. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially Mr. Victor, the host, who warmly welcomed us, explained everything about the breakfast, and kindly escorted us to our table. Overall, it was a fantastic start to our day, and we highly recommend it!
