During my stay at novotel vinttage resort phuket, I had the pleasure of being assisted by AOM From the very first moment, she made me feel truly welcome with her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care. She anticipated my needs before I even asked, and every request was handled quickly and with such kindness. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellent service made my stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency, elegance, and such a personal touch in hospitality. AOM is a true asset to the hotel, and I would gladly return knowing she is part of the team. What amazed me is that i figured that AOM is still trainee she has a bright future ❤️🙏🏽

Biggest pool on Phuket!

Wonderful hotel and service. Very friendly staff, and you truly felt like you were a welcomed guest. At breakfast, there was a wide selection of European, American, and Asian dishes. We had a Pool Access room. Room was spacious, modern, clean and there was no street noise. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and right next to the hotel there are grocery stores, massage places, and various shops and restaurants. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Patong, as everything is within walking distance, including the main street and the night market. I recommend using the Bolt app for taxi service across the island — it’s cheap and convenient. Cons: Towels were placed on poolside chairs early in the morning despite a warning sign stating that any chairs left unused for 30+ minutes with a towel on them would have the towels removed. In reality, several chairs stood empty with towels on them, but no one removed them, leaving other guests unable to use the chairs.
