Exceptional Service from Jub Made My Stay Unforgettable

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park, and a big part of what made my experience so memorable was the outstanding service from Jub. From the very beginning she was warm, welcoming, and always greeted me with the biggest smile. Jub consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything during my stay was comfortable. She was incredibly accommodating when it came to arranging housekeeping at times that suited my schedule, and she handled every request with genuine kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and truly cares about guests having a great experience. Jub is an absolute credit to the hotel and her positive attitude really made my stay special. Thank you, Jub, for your exceptional hospitality. Because of the service I received here, I will definitely be returning to Novotel Phuket Vintage Park on my next trip to Phuket.

We stayed for three nights in a double room with a pool view . The hotel is very well positioned close to the beach just 5 minutes away. The hotel is very family friendly and everything a family would want not not step outside the hotel for a week. The hotel is a little dated and could do with a refresh, our room was clean with a massive bed . Good quality linen and toiletries and tea making facilities . Balconies are tiny and only for one person . Pool again needs updating , very tired in areas. I’d stay again purely based on location but would have the cheapest room available.
