We hed a wonderful family stay at Novotel suite mallavnue the hotel was comfortable,and we enjoyed our time a lot the dinner was very nice,especially thanks Negla and Najib,Maraj,Maryam , security surinder ,Sayed taking care of my son

Great Location, Warm Service, Budget Friendly, Comfortable Stay.

Been staying at the hotel for almost 3 weeks now (and counting) while we are sorting out our aparment issue. FOH Associates are truly welcoming and efficient, especially Joan and Reena or was it Keena). They are doing an amazing job! Room is quite spacious. Has 2 toilet and baths. Bed is super comfortable. Pillows could need a refresher though. Room is very clean as well and housekeeping is doing a fantastic job in maintaining it after every make-up room request. Handwash, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel choice of the hotel is a thumbs up for me. Coffee and tea making appliance is sufficient. Very good alternative location for those traveling to Dubai and wants midway from Downtown (think Burj Khalifa area and the Palm Jumeirah area and Buses going to Abu Dhabi). This is a good 10 minute walk from the Mall of Emirates itself and Metro Stations (Mall of Emirates and Insurance Market). Easy to hail a cab or grab a Careem. Talabat (or other food delivery apps) can easily deliver to the hotel even in the weeee hours of the night or morning. There's a Carrefour convenience store within the property (besides it's sister hotel Ibis). Abundant restaurants surround the area as well. Not crowded like Satwa and Deira area. Definitely a hotel worth staying at!

Desapointed, not for family

Desapointed by the Hotel, even if the location can be a plus, I don't recommend the hotel for family with small kids. If it is for business for one day or two it can be ok, and now I explain why. First the cleanness of the rooms, there is lot of dust and it seems that the carpets are not cleaned often, just next the sofa where there is a lamp if you have a look as it is bit hidden there is months of dust what make us me and my family caughfing. The second negative point is I've if the room seems spacious it is not the case the design is weird as the toilets are next the entrance and bathroom next the the bed, the bed is not large and finally the breakfast is OK, is is shared with Ibis hotel that is next to Novotel, the choices are good but for the coffee is is soluble coffee served at the machine and if you want real coffee you need to pay for it, it is a la carte. Finally I decided to shorten the stay in this hotel and move my family to a better one. I hope that the Management of the hotel will improve this in the future.

Amazing Stay! We stayed here and our experience truly exceeded our expectations. From the start, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Mr. Hatem who handled our check-in and check-out requests with a great professionalism and kindness. He even helped us to extend our checkout time, which made our departure so much more relaxed. Our room was spotless, more spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. We really appreciated how quiet the hotel was; there was absolutely no disturbance, so we could completely unwind and enjoy our time. Everything about our stay was seamless, from the friendly staff to the convenient location. We had a fantastic time and felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai. We’ll definitely be back!!!
