thank you all the staffs and crew for providing good service. I was there with my friends we were on a visit to dubai and got the chance to eat at tim Hortons, the best i can say to new customers is try at least once. i got easily along with Miss Sapana khadka who was serving me. thank you sapana for making my stay good there hope to see you soon

The suite was spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were kind enough to extend our check out time for another hour and a half. The cleaning staff and the concierge were also friendly and respectful. The metro station is literally just outside the Hotel which means transportation is never an issue. The only thing I hated was the fact that neither the refrigerator nor the safe box were working. Tbh I didn't tell them though because I barely had time.

I had one of the worst customer service of the planet. I asked in advance for gluten free breakfast. After the check-in, they told me that was not possible. I ordered from Careem my breakfast. The refused to collect it for me. The only number one they have is the worst customer service ever. BEWARE

We thoroughly enjoy our stay , the hotel has a perfect location with a beautiful view in burj khalifa, we spend our new years eve on this hotel, rooms are very nice and spacious … pretty close to restaurants, price is okay since its new years eve

Very dirty hotel

Good location but the most dirty hotel I ever stayed in ! Windows,bathroom ,floor and kitchen very dirty! We booked a family room, with 2 kids (16 year old and 8 years old) by email, provided the kids age and we received one double bed and one single bed? Would anyone like to sleep as a couple with their 8 year old child in the same bed? When asked why I don’t have a second single bed they said that we have to pay extra.
